The driver was very patient - He waited 15 extra minutes for part of our party that got lost in the airport. On the way to the hotel he was very informative on Amsterdam and some of the key sites.

Great experience and reliable! - Great experience and very reliable. Our driver, Faruk, texted when he was on his way and even sent a link to follow his live location until arriving at the hotel. Made our trip back to the airport very stress free and enjoyable!

Great driver, right there even tho our fly was 4 hours late😊 - Driver found us enemy tho we were 4 hrs late. Super clean van, took us right to our riverboat. Super job Omer!

Ride to airport - The driver was on time and delivered us to the airport safely and on time. It would have been nice if he had come into the hotel to help with the luggage, but he did help us once we left the hotel and then at the airport.

they waited for us, after a hectic day of traveling - Omar was in constant communication with us via WhatsApp. Our first fought got cancelled and reroute and he was always in line getting update of the situation, wheb we finally landed In Amsterdam our luggage was lost. Omar waited until we resolved the situation and then he picked us up at the meeting location. We already booking our return to the airport with Private Airport Tranfer. The Benz Van was big and all our 5 big suitcases fit there with no problem.

Worth the euros - Fantastic and easy! From AMS port just walk off & meet at “meeting point” (yes, it says that) clean & very comfortable ride. Will not stand in a crowded angry taxi line again. Driver text with his tag number & color of van. Easy Peasy

Horrible - It was horrible. Couldn't find driver and when we did he didnt know where to take us even though I had entered details multiple times. Then he asked to use our phone for the GPS to hotel. When we arrived he asked us to pay which was confusing because we had already paid. He di it took us awhile to figure out that he wanted more money because he said he had to wait for us which resulted in an uncomfortable interaction.

Refund - No one showed up, need a refund. Waited at the airport for a long time and finally had to get a taxi. I was surprised no one was there when we arrived.

Unacceptable service!! - The driver picked us up promptly but then asked if we minded if he stopped at a gas station where he filled up. As we approached Amsterdam City Center and traffic became bad, he asked us if we would mind if he dropped us off at a corner and we could walk 100 yards to our hotel by ourselves carrying our bags!! Needless to say this was completely unacceptable and we were astonished he asked. We immediately said no and it was a quiet ride to the hotel. Very poor service.
