Zaanse Schans - We arrive at The Zaanse Schans.
This is a preservation village with a variety of historical houses, warehouses, and working industrial windmills. It feels like you’re traveling back in time! You will experience how life was between the 18th and 19th centuries. We’ll enjoy a pleasant stroll passing the old wooden houses with their preserved original details, like ceremonial doors and carved lintels, taste local chocolate at the chocolate shop, concluding with a visit to a working windmill. - Amsterdam - 16:00 Return to your hotel in Amsterdam

Visit the beautiful summer garden “The Tulperij” Our country is beautiful in the summer, just like in spring, the fields are in bloom, with dahlias. These beautiful flowers, unlike tulips, daffodils and hyacinths, do not grow from bulbs, but from tubers. Also you can enjoy nice fresh cup of coffee and eat homemade cakes. After visiting The Tulperij we head to the Zaanse Schans, a beautiful preservation village filled with historical houses. You’ll get to explore windmills, as both of us grew up in and around windmills, we know everything about them. It’s in our family genes. The windmillgirls have great stories that we would love to share with you! What more could you want than to be guided by a miller’s daughter and granddaughter?! Let us take you to the most scenic windmill places, picturesque villages, witness clogs being made and the best cheese farm to taste Gouda cheese in 30 different flavors!
