Excellent Battlefield Tour with Martin - Excellent battlefield tour. Really enjoyed the day. Martin is very knowledgeable and provides the details and stories you won’t find in a history book. Martin is very flexible and fits the tour to what you are most interested. He also took us to sites off the beaten path that were significant to understanding the battle. If one has seen the movie “A Bridge Too Far”, Martin takes you to the actual sites depicted in the movie and can tell you what is accurate and what is not. Would recommend this tour for the World War II history buff. Martin can probably answer any question you might have. Thank You Martin!!!

Excellent day tours - Great day spent with Martin exploring the Arnhem battlefield. Martin was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about the Market Garden Operation and surrounding area. Spent a second day with Martin on a drive up from Amsterdam to the Westerbork transit camp and a tour of that historic site. Very informative and moving experience. Highly recommend Martin for any of his tours.

A visit to September1944 - From the landing zones to the routes to the Hartenstein Hotel museum and the bridge. It was a great visit. The museum is very good and well worth the visit. Do not miss the Military cemetery.

Awesome tour well worth the money. You will not be disappointed! - Anyone who books this tour will not be disappointed. I was the only one on the tour and my tour guide Martin was awesome. I already knew a lot about the battle before the tour, but I learned many new facts from Martin. He is very personable to talk to and he has a passion for history. We visited many great sites such as the British drop zones, the British military cemetery, the Hartenstein Hotel Museum, both ends of the perimeter, a spot overlooking the Rhine where the Polish Brigade attempted a river crossing, several spots in Arnhem associated with General Urquhart, and the bridge itself. What a thrill it was to walk on the famous bridge. He also took me to the Polish drop zone, a Church with a memorial to General Sosibowski, and even to Nijmegan to see that bridge. Because I was already going to be in Holland my Family gave this tour to me as a Father's Day gift. What a great gift it was! I so very much enjoyed every thing we did. As a WW2 nut I was so excited to be at the places I had read so much about. The day is one that I will never forget. Thank You Martin for being an awesome tour guide!

A “must see” for lovers of freedom. - Visiting the sites of an important battle of WWII with a terrific and knowledgeable guide. The most memorable and perhaps most frightening was the simulated flight and exit from the glider after we landed. Martin. -thank you for a day that the four of us will never forget.
