Really good - Was a little bit apprehensive about going on this trip however really glad I did the organisation from being picked up at the hotel to being dropped off at the hotel was five star the guide we had with us all day was very good. The organisation at the Hacienda itself was excellent, the food was good also at lunchtime. make sure you take a full change of clothes including footwear as you will get really wet and dirty amazing though

Spectacular! - A very nice and entertaining tour. A nice place to visit, with lots to do. The buggy ride to the river was nice. The horseback ride was cool. The chair-lift and the zipline, were the best!!! The included mesl was delicious too. We recommend! 👌👌

Best tour I've ever taken in Punta Cana - A spectacular family experience! Our Guide was Mikel and was excellent, 100% recommended!. The tour was a very dynamic, fun and safe one. We went a day after it rained and the buggies ride was spectacular full of puddles and adrenaline. The zip lines were very safe and the horseback riding was nice and quiet. Horses are well looked after There is a photographer with each group and it was amazing. The pictures were beautiful.

A real life adventure! - A lot of first times from the zip lines(which was AMAZING) to the buggies and riding the horses freely it was truly a memorable experience. I hope to come again!! :D

Terrible Experience - My wife and I went here for our anniversary on 7/26/24 and were part of the green group. This was an awful experience. The bus was thirty minutes late picking us up. There are no major roads that go to the park, so the driver had to travel extremely slowly on local roads which doubled the time it took to get to the park. When we finally arrived at the park, our guide gave us very poor directions and we did not understand where to go. Those who spoke Spanish received great instructions and what seemed like an excellent experience. Not us. The zip lines and horse rides were okay, but the buggies and ‘safari’ were terrible. The vehicles are poorly maintained and you get absolutely covered in mud, something that was not explained to us prior to booking the experience. If that wasn’t enough, you have to hose yourself off and walk around the rest of the day soaking wet. The safari was less of a safari and more of a mediocre bus ride at 10kph down bumpy roads to a small camp where there were goats, donkeys and chickens. Our guide spent the majority of his time flirting with a girl in our group rather than helping us to have a good time. There is a day care if you have small children who cannot participate, but I caution you not to use it. We saw one of the staff members LITERALLY DRAG a young girl across the ground to the showers, strip her and force her to shower without her parents consent. It was a very disturbing sight to watch. There was so much waiting around and we spent several hours waiting rather than enjoying ourselves. Even the buffet was a sad excuse for a meal and while it was described as all inclusive you were only told at the park that you had to pay for drinks and additional snacks while you were there for over 8 hours. On top of all this, the driver returned us to the resort 3 HOURS LATE!! This caused us to miss our dinner reservations. I encourage you to spend your money else where..
