- Glenn Highway - Glenn Highway National Scenic Byway Runs parallel to the paths carved by the Matanuska Glacier, the Glenn Highway makes it possible to trace the glaciers that formed this area, and provides some of the most accessible glacier-viewing in the state, as well as amazing geological formations.
- Palmer - Enjoy the town of Palmer with its beautiful mountains. We will make a quick stop at a local grocery here so you can grab some coffee and munchies for lunch after your glacier tour

I wasn't sure if I wanted to the glacier, hint, I ended up going and it was amazing. - Outstanding experience. Having never been to Alaska I was super hesitant about spending a couple bucks to go to a tour. I'm so thankful I did we reached out directly got a ride from Dan, who was full of information from everything for food all the way to culture. I cannot recommend this service more, especially for the ease of access and the amazing experience.

Absolutely Amazing Highly Recommend! - Dan was such an amazing person, he made the drive such a blast. We learned so much about Alaska! The glacier adventure & tour guide was a blast . What an amazing experience!!! Highly Highly recommend.

Matanuska Glacier Hike - Wonderful experience. Our driver Daniel was great. Lots of information and stops for pictures along the way. Our guide at the glacier was exceptional. Knowledgeable and lots of fun!

Great time at Anchorage with Dan! - Dan was wonderful to work with and plan ahead on where to go, what to do, even booked dinner reservations on our behalf so everything is well planned out before arrival. We did 3 day tour with Dan with our family and friends of 13. Besides the glacier tour, we did the wildlife conservatory, dog sled, and city tour. The van transportation was very new, clean and comfortable. Dan was very knowledgeable, super friendly and most importantly, very patient with our big group. Definitely you are in good hand with Dan when you go to Anchorage and want to explore nearby. Thank you Dan!

Great visit to the glacier - We did this excursion as part of our annual sister trip. Kimmy called me before and made sure we didn’t have any questions. She picked us up as promised in her clean van and we stopped for snacks as promised. We had Josh as a guide. He was polite, animated, informative and enthusiastic . It was a great trip, the glacier was beautiful! On the way back we stopped for wine and honey. One thing I would change, please change the sampler containers to plastic to make it easier to get home.

Matanuska Glacier Trek - We had an excellent experience with White Raven Tours! Our guide Daniel was happy to answer questions, attentive, and great to talk with. The tour of Matanuska Glacier was very fun. I highly recommend this tour to anyone interested!

Great tour guide - Dan was fantastic! Very informative and entertaining during the drive to and from the glacier. I actually enjoyed the drive to/from glacier more than the hike itself. The views are jaw dropping. The stop at the local honey shop to eat lunch and sample honey/mead after the glacier was lovely. Highly recommend!

Knowledge filled good hiking experience! - Dan was a great company who offered lot of interesting facts about the glacier as well as Alaska in general! Entire trip was well planned to include required food/restroom breaks. Our hike guide was also very fun and knowledgeable!
