Awesome views of Byron Glacier - We enjoyed our tour with Daniel as our guide. We enjoyed the 2 mile hike to see the Byron Glacier. Sad we didn’t get to see the beluga whales but we realize it was the time of year. I thought we would see more wildlife in the wild and not wildlife in enclosures.

Enjoyable way to end my cruise - This was the best excursion of my cruise, returning from Whittier to Anchorage. The weather happened to be perfect (early September, 2024). Multiple stops to get out and enjoy the views, take pictures, do some walking and see some animals. Just the right amount of time to leisurely enjoy some of the sites of Alaska.

Tour to Anchorage - What a great tour! Inspite of the rainy weather, our guide Leona made sure we stopped at all the things! We saw the Portage Visitors center, wildlife conservatory, Beluga whales at Beluga point and the beautiful marsh lands. It was a great way to travel to Anchorage!

Perfect end to our Alaskan pilgrimage. - Dan, was an incredible guide, very knowledgeable, personable and all around great guy. I'm happy I opted to book with these guys over the other's in looking for both time to kill and or a means to get from Whittier to Anchorage. Anyone reading and on the fence, book with these guys you won't be disappointed! Thanks Dan for a great way to end our Alaskan pilgrimage!

Great Tour of the Area on the Way to Anchorage Airport - Leonora checked in with us the day before pickup, showed up early and was committed to making sure our day was memorable. The van was nice and very comfortable. We were very happy with our choice! We would highly recommend this tour!!

Weather wasn’t our friend - Catching a salmon with my bare hands! The van was very clean, the driver had water and snacks on board for both customers, he did his best to show us the sights listed, but it was very windy and raining unfortunately, so we only got out at a few locations, the rest we viewed from inside the van. The other couple with us were Chinese and the driver took time to tell about the sights in English and Chinese.

Reliable transport with scenic stops along the way. - Reliable transport from cruise terminal to hotel/airport with some sight seeing and stops along the way. It was raining the day of our tour, so alternative stops were used. We still had a great time and Leona, our driver, was very sweet.

Very Disappointing...would not recommend - This excursion did not start out well. The driver went to the wrong (old) terminal in Whittier, so trying to communicate where we were was very difficult. I would have thought that the tour operator would have been aware that our ship was docked at the new terminal. Thankfully someone who worked at the terminal heard me on the phone with the driver and questioned whether she was at the old terminal. Then the driver would not come into the terminal to get us. All the other tour operators came into the terminal with signs to get their passengers. Very disappointing. We booked this tour because we had a 12 hour wait in Anchorage for our flight from the time we disembarked from our cruise ship. I expected a narrated tour between stops. There was very little narration except at stops. I felt if we didn't ask questions, we wouldn't get any info. Also, the tour was to include snacks but only water was offered. The driver stopped at a gas station so we could purchase something to eat. Now the driver was very courteous and kind and a nice young lady. We were the only people on the bus. I don't think this was worth the money. We could have paid half of this and gone into Anchorage and toured on our own. Very disappointing.
