Fascinating walk through coral neighborhoods at low tide. Highly recommend! - This was a fascinating walk through the shore at low tide. We saw squid, sea slugs, a puffer fish, starfish, clams, and much more. Shangik was extremely knowledgeable and his passion for marine biology rubbed off on us quickly! Highly recommend spending a couple hours on this unconventional beach tour

In Havelock? Dont miss this. - We were in contact with the team for one week and finalised the date for Marine Trails. One of the best decisions we have made in this trip. We got to know the diversity intertidal zones holds and importance of oceans in our lives. Not just for food and fun but even for the air we breathe. We were surprised by the level of camouflage we can find in nature. And the marine biologist (yes, we will be guided by a marine biologist) did a very great job in helping us understand the life over there in a fun and interesting way. And he is so passionate about the work he does. In the short 2 hour walk, we saw the following and knew about something about - Hermit crab Sea slug Fidler crab Oyster Salilyte foot crab Pygmi squid Sea weed, sea grass Sea cucumber Naked gill snail (kleptoplasty)- ring sap sucking sea slug Snake sea cucumber Sea sponge Spinder conj. Loly fish cucumber Tedibear crab Brittle star arm Bobbit worm Honeycomb coral Cone snail Boring Sea Urchin Christmas tree clamp Box crab Snapping shrip Carpet anemone Trust me and hands down, one of the best things to do in Havelock..!!

A great and unique evening stroll - It was easy to find the meeting point as it was in the seashell resort in. They gave us a light to navigate throughout the tour because it started at 6 PM and sunset is around 5 PM in January on this island. We got a nice introduction about mangroves how they work what they are. The two guides were very passionate about marine life, biodiversity, and sea life preservation. We saw a lot of different species, and the tour was very interactive. A cool plus is the fact that some corals light up in UV light and we got to witness this too. I also appreciated the fact that they lent us some bug spray. Overall it was a very unique and nice experience.

Marine Miracle - A total eye-opener to the less know marine world! We were able to see a lot of marine creatures from Hermit crabs to turmeric sponges to sea urchins and carpets. It was wonderful to observe so many beautiful creatures with their healthily inter-twined lives. Our guide Sangik was well-versed and was able to explain in-depth. This Marine trail would certainly leave one wondering about the wonders of world and nature! Would give highest of recommendations possible!!!

Unique and scientific - Guided by a trained, educated and enthusiastic young scientist, Sangath (hope I got the name correct) doing his research on marine biology and bio conservation, a small group of us staying at Sea Shell hotel on Havelock island, had a wonderful time of our lives. The two hour slow walk through the red mangroves of Havelock island, the low tide pools was a must do activity. My compliments to Ms Tejaswi who pulled us into the activity and Anurag who heads the centre. Wish them more and more dedicated fans and more success in the future
