Holiday highlight - The tour was the highlight of our vacation, we got to see the island from a completely different perspective and there was still plenty of action. A beautiful tour through the mountains :)

5 stars :-) - We were travelling in a very small group of 4 people plus a guide, which we really enjoyed. He was able to adapt to the level of the group and we drove on more difficult routes, which was even more fun. The guide was very personable and clearly enjoyed his work. I would book this quad tour again at any time.

Most fun we have had in Mallorca. fantastic guide, fantastic views, a laugh a minute riding the quod bike. - Had the best time ever, quod biking is so much fun. Experienced some fantastic scenery with a fantastic host, and the bar you stop at halo way round is not expensive and good food. I drove, with my teenage son on the back, we didn’t stop smiling all the way round.

Amazing - Was a amazing tour. Quads were easy to operate with the help if the guide. De tour guide was very nice and helpfull. Would definitely recomand this trip!

Fantastic day out on Mallorca - Fantastic tour and a perfect first Quad experience. The distance was perfect, the quads easy to ride and well explained by Eckbert and the whole tour had perfect vistas and scenery. Much appreciated the off-road adventure, amazing what those mini-tractors can do!! All in all a perfect day trip whilst in Mallorca.

Bad communication - We booked a tour for myself and a friend. We later realised It wasn't clearly labeled weather you require a full drivers license to do the tour or not(In places like Morocco you do not need a license to drive a quad bike) as one of us only had a provisional drivers license. So we called Viator first thing in the morning, the staff member called the tour operator to try and get information on whether this is fine or not. After a long wait he finally got through to the tour operator, but instead of answering our quick question about the license, the Viator staff member informed us that the operator couldn't answer the question as he was about to go out on a tour. A simple yes or no would have sorted this mess. Instead the Viator agent told us that they will email the tour guide and get them to reply to our question via email. Nothing happened after that so I managed to find the tour operators number and eventually was able to get a response near the end of the day even though our tour was happening tomorrow. They informed yes we do both need licenses so we had to then try and get a refund. They insisted on no refund, but eventually agreed to 50% refund. It is very unfair that we didn't get our money back even though the fault lays with Viator and the travel guide for the poor communication. If they just answered the question straight away and said yes or no, we would have instantly cancelled the booking as it would have been over 24 hours. The only reason it was under 24 hours is because we were waiting for a response from either Viator or the booking agent, but they were very slow and hard to communicate to. Will never use Viator again and not recommend this tour.
