Incredibly breathtaking - Blue Star Tours was amazing. The cave kayaking was everything I had hoped it would be. The group was a larger group, but the tour boat was accommodating for everyone. The tour stopped at three different sites to explore; we got to see the green lagoon, and they served lunch and some small snacks. The tour is fairly active and is best for people under 6’4, under 250lbs and those who are able-bodied. There were caves where you had to lie down in the kayak to fit through the cave opening. It was truly amazing; would absolutely recommend.

The tour itself was very enjoyable... -
The tour itself was very enjoyable. The chance to kayak up close and under some of the rock outcroppings was great. There was also a chance to snorkel while the other group was kayaking.
Only thing was I felt the groups were too big. Must have been 20-25 per group which meant when the guide was talking it was difficult to hear out on the kayak - especially if you were at the back he could have started talking by the time everyone had stopped kayaking.

Great day. Was different to... -
Great day. Was different to advertised as they only provided one short kayak. The first activity was a hike and we did not take appropriate gear. Bit we snorkelled instead which was good. You spend 4 hours of your day on a slow boat going out and back. My advice would be to take the speedboat option.

The hotel pick up was on time and... -
The hotel pick up was on time and delivered us to the boat just as it was leaving. The trip out and back is 2 hours each way so that meant over 5 hours in travel time for this trip This of course meant much less time than expected on activities in the national park - so be prepared or take a faster boat.
The guide was German speaking and always favoured the Germans on the boat they always went first - I also found it hard to understand the guides English with German accent over the noise of the boat.
The kayaking scenery was breathtaking - but we should have been told more about the national park after all - there was 2 whole hours to fill us in on the way out. This and the climb and view of the emerald lake were the best parts of the trip. The snorkeling was just OK as it was not over a very interesting part of the reef and appeared to be just a way to occupy half the group while the other half kayaked.
There was always plenty to eat and drink on the day - snacks and lunch was very very good. The boat also provided a number of locations to sit, eat or rest depending on preference and didn't seam to be crowded at any stage.
Overall - an enjoyable day and worth doing

Guide was not good and too much time on the boat - The guide was mostly angry and shouted. A family was taken by the current and the mother on the boat was crying because she was scared, but the guid only shouted that it was not her responsibility and that she said not to swim there. They did not know how to swim and was wearing life jackets. Even when the mother was crying she just shouted that it was their fault. When we tried to ask questions but she knew very little English so she just walked away. She was angry, did not listen to customers and shouted unnecessarily much. Would not recommend, but other than that the landscape was beautiful.

Expensive and too long trip on the boat - It took us one hour of bus and then 2 hours of boat to go to the kayak place. The German group was the preferred one because the guide was German. Nobody mentioned that we could injure our hands under the rocks and we had all our hands in blood ... otherwise kayak was good !
