I arrived at the Active Sport CLUB Watersports, where the gentle lapping of the waves set the perfect backdrop for a day of rejuvenation and adventure.
The day began with a warm welcome from our instructor, Sheila, whose expertise and warmth immediately put everyone at ease. Her passion for both yoga and the sea was infectious, and she guided us through a gentle warm-up on land.
