Best Day with the Best Guide - Well Worth it - Every single part of this entire day was worth it! Antonio, our guide, was incredible and planned out a perfect day. What was perfect about it? Well, it was full day of a variety of stops from popular tourist spots, to lesser known scenic parts of the island, to stopping in small villages and at random roadsides to take in the breathtaking views of land and sea, we enjoyed activities we wouldn't have done on our own, and at our request had the best traditional local Alcatra lunch. Antonio was very knowledgable about history and culture, professional, passionate, considerate, kind and personable. He loves his homeland of Terceira, and after a tour with Antonio, you will fall in love with it too.

The Best Full Day Tour!! - Antonio provided us with an excellent day seeing all the sites on Terceira. It couldn’t have been a better day. We saw so much we honestly don’t feel that we missed anything. He not only took us to the beautiful and jaw dropping locations all over the island but he provided the history, current info and humor. The ride was comfortable and clean - We highly recommend Antonio!

Wonderful day tour with more Island highlights than you can imagine! - This tour was worth the money. In one day we saw the highlights of Terceira with ANTONIO in his comfortable large van. He is a lovely, conscientious young man with a wealth of knowledge on the history and geography of the island. Answered all sorts of questions we had on various topics. Took us to a variety of sights trying to maximize views depending on the weather in that area. Finished day by going to the Volcano you can go inside of. What an incredible experience! Great to have someone who knows the ins and outs of the island. A must do! My sons used Antonio one in 2019 and one in 2023 for the full day tour and had a similarly wonderful experience.

Excellent Island Guide - Antonio is an awesome guide. I can’t recommend him enough. We have had a lot of tour guides over the years and he is one of the best ones. He picked us up from our hotel on time and drove us to all his favorite spots on the island. We never felt rushed and enjoyed everywhere he took us. He is very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. He also takes great photos! I highly suggest hiring him for the day and pass renting a car.

Great day at Angra Do Heroísmo - We had a great day with Antonio, owner/ operator. We hit all the major spots, had a delicious typical meal of Alcatra do Terceira. A very delicious slowly cooked beef stew. We had other local favorites as well. His vehicle is modern, immaculate, his English is excellent, and easy to understand. and he is well-versed in the history of the island. I recommend highly for all kinds of groups.

Great island tour - We had a great day with Antonio. He took us around for the day showing and explaining different parts of the island. He has a lot of pride in his island and it shows.

Outstanding tour - Absolutely wonderful tour! Antonio, our guide, was the best! We felt privileged to be guided by a Terceira Island native, whose love of the island is clear. Antonio's English is excellent, and he provided lots of detailed information about the sites. Everything was done at a comfortable pace, and the sites visited were outstanding. The vehicle was very comfortable and in good condition. Lunch was also wonderful, and Antonio gave us good information about local specialties. We couldn't have asked for anything more in a tour of this beautiful island, and we highly recommend it!

Private Terceira Island Full Day Tour with Azor-In - Everything was amazing from start to finish! Where do I start? Communication with António was quick and very efficient. The vehicle was spotless and super comfortable. Fresh bottles of water were provided. The tour was tailor-made for us and we managed to see everything that we wanted to and more! António even managed to fit in a traditional "largada de toiro" at our request! The tour was much more than just siteseeing... António knew so much about his island; not only the amazing history of Terceira, but also so much about the geographical and geological peculiarities of the land.
