Day trip at the beach - We had a great time. We knew the drive was about 3 hrs there and back. We were on the boat around 12 and had a great time. It was a beautiful day. My daughter left her AirPods on the bus and our tour guide Rocío was awesome. We were able to coordinate a meet up to get the AirPods back

Brilliant! - Great, we would happily repeat it. Pick-up on time, good service at all times, in different languages, buffet food with many options, carnivorous and vegetarian.

Beautiful scenery, fun day! - It was a super fun day! My sister and I did this trip and had a blast. It was such a nice way to spend a day and get out of the city and onto the water. The views were amazing and floating in the water surrounded by lush green islands felt incredible. The snorkelling itself was... nothing to write home about. Really just some fish hanging out under the boat, but cute to see them and fun to try to find more creatures and jump of the side of the boat.
The guides were exceptionally nice and the boat had a fun vibe. The setup was great- open air seating on the lower deck and wide open top deck to hang out on. The drinks on board were great, though confusing and hard to get. Lots of ignoring people waiting in line to attend to the person that just arrived at the bar, not always clear who to order from and lots of waiting around. Paying was worse- the lady closing everyone's tabs was unpleasant and again we were ignored in favour of several boatmates arriving after us.
There were a lot of hold ups and extended periods of waiting around that ended up taking up a large part of the day. You have to be pretty laissez-faire and focus on having a good time. Pickups were late and receiving confirmation for the timing was a bit tricky. The bus was comfy and the guide did an excellent job of explaining everything in multiple languages- so impressive!
Overall, it was really fun and a great deal for a full day.

Gorgeous, tropical lagoon - The stop at Laguna Azul alone is worth the price. Absolutely beautiful. The whole experience was very fun - music and a bar on the boat, swimming, lounging on beaches.
The boat was a bit overcrowded with three full tour groups on board, and it took nearly 2 hours just to pick everyone up in the morning before we started on the 2-hour drive to the dock.

I wouldn’t recommend it - Bad organization
The boat got stuck at the first stop for over one hour trying to help another boat, which delayed our offloading; then at the end for the lunch the organization was so terrible that some people ate like 5 times and our group (4 people) didn’t even get to try half of the menu

A party tour nothing more - I'm going to describe the tour so people know what they're getting if they rent it.
The advertisement indicates that the tour is for a maximum of 40 people, in reality there are 40 in a bus with a guide, but when you get to board, the 3 buses that are going join together, that is, the tour is really for 120 people with 3 guides .
The journey from where they pick you up is long, 2 hours, there is a 15 minute stop in the middle of the road to go to the bathroom. During the bus trip, the guide does not explain anything about the places you pass through, to know what areas you are passing through.
In the advertisement they indicate that renting the snorkeling equipment costs 25 reais, when we got to the bus, the guide told us that it was 30 reais for the mask and 30 reais more for the vest, and when we arrived to pay for it they charged us 33 reais for each item. (so they take it into account).
The boat ride is more inland than on the beaches, it takes between 20 and 30 minutes on each one, they tell you that you can't go too far because it is a quick visit. Even on one of the beaches there was the possibility of taking a short path but they don't allow it either.
When you get to the snorkeling spot, there are so many boats that the water is cloudy and you can hardly see much.
On the boat trip it is more for you to buy food and drinks since that is the only thing they announce over the microphone, they do not explain anything about the islands beyond the name. Indeed, as I read (and I ignored it), it is a party boat, loud music, people drinking and eating, nothing more.
For those who like this type of party tour and nothing to know, this is the tour for you.
For those of us who like to appreciate nature, learn interesting facts about the places we visit, and enjoy without so much hustle and bustle and half-drunk people, this is NOT the tour for you.
