Go in with the right expectations and you'll have a great time! - I had so much fun! I did see a lot of reviews complaining, but I think as long as you go in prepared you can have a really good time on this tour. -It is a long day that is mostly spent in transit. I got picked up at 7:00am and I don't think I got back until 8:30 or 9:00. The area is quite far from Rio so the morning starts with about a 3 hour bus ride with a stop for a snack and bathroom break. I forgot to bring my headphones which would have made the long ride go by faster. -The time on the boat was a big party! We had a DJ on board and people were up and dancing and having a good time. You can buy food and drinks on board (I didn't buy anything but they looked good). -The meal is indeed not served until 4:30pm so you should eat at the rest stop and also bring some snacks with you. As other reviews mentioned the buffet is not a super upscale place but I thought it was fine. -It takes some time to island hop so you'll only spend about 30-40 minutes in each location (as outlined in the tour description) the time goes by quickly. -It was a little colder on the boat than I expected with the ocean breeze and I also forgot to bring a towel, definitely don't forget that. Your stuff will be safe in the boat. -At the first stop you jump right into the water, the second and third stop are more beach vibes. I don't think this trip would be really worth it for people who aren't swimmers or planning on getting in the water at all. -For an extra charge you can get a snorkeling mask, life vest, and also a photography package (1 or 2 locations). Get the mask or bring goggles because the water is super salty. -I got the 2 location photography package and even though I felt super awkward and weird while taking the photos, the photographer really knew what he was doing and they came out so nice!! This became a highlight of my whole trip! I also made some friends on board who kindly took some nice photos for me on the beach too. -Bring cash if you want to purchase any of these extras. I'm sure they take credit card as well but it's so much faster with cash. -There will probably only be one or two staff members on the boat who can speak English but this wasn't a problem -I went as a solo female traveler and felt totally safe and had a lot of fun! There weren't a ton of other solo travelers on the tour and if they were, the rest were guys. I did make friends along the way, but I could see how this would be a lot more fun to go as a couple or a group of friends. -Since the areas you visit are more remote and tranquil, overall this was a much better beach experience than I had at Copacabana or Ipanema which are insanely crowded

Perfect tour - All perfect. The time for each stop. The guide friendly and attentive. Atmosphere on the boat. Buffet really good even the pasta (and I am Italian) 😄

Incredible experience on board - We started the tour very early, we chose the pick-up point and started the bus trip, they make a single stop before the experience on the boat so that you can shop in case you get hungry. When we got on the boat they played music and sold some snacks and drinks. Everyone's attention was spectacular, we passed by beautiful beaches, saw marine fauna and had beautiful weather.

Wonderful experience - Excellent ride and attention. Punctual in hotel pickup, very good lunch and entertainment on the boat. Very beautiful landscapes and precise times.

Swimming in an idyllic environment - Beautiful seaside day with heavenly beaches. The organization is fluid. Lots of people on the boat but very good services! The beach and swimming stops in the open sea are long enough to allow you to fully enjoy them. Lunch (included in the price of the excursion) is perfectly fine. Good lively atmosphere in the boat. Highly recommended!

Boat - A pleasant day. A great team dedicated and who knows his stuff. The bus lacks a lot of love. The landscapes are very beautiful.

The most flexible agency! - The guide Rafael was really friendly and the atmosphere created on the boat put us in vacation mode! The places where the boat stopped were heavenly!

A superb day! - A great day with a great gang on the boat. The islands visited are magnificent, the atmosphere is festive. I recommend it !

Party boat - Many things on this trip did not match the description. The day started with getting a phone call at 0640 saying the bus was outside waiting (tour was supposed to start at 0730). It took 2 hours to pick everyone up. We then had a 2 hour trip (AFTER the 2 hour pickup of everyone) to a boat with 120 people - the tour description says 45 people max. When I questioned the amount of people I was told that only applies to the bus, not the actual tour. The boat was a party boat. The music was so load you could not hold a conversation with the person right next to you. There were no snacks or even water unless you paid extra. Lunch wasn't until the end of the day, around 3:30. The boat was so crowded people had to sit on the wet floor, and we were told typically there are 150 on the boat, today was light at 120. The food on the island was good and as described. The bus was comfortable. Overall, we would never do this tour again, nor would we recommend it. The tour description needs to be improved greatly as it is very misleading.
