Our primary goal is to ensure you have a fantastic day! It’s the top amusement park on the island—don’t miss out!
- No pets allowed.
- Suitable swimwear is recommended for all the rides, e.g. no zips, no thick material, no ripped clothing.
- There is a Mini Market from where you can get whatever you may be missing (swimwear, towel, flip flops etc)
- You may get snacks and drinks from our Bars.
- You are not permitted to bring alcohol or glass bottles to the park.
- Parents with babies are requested to have the essential plastic equipment needed.
- We kindly request that you follow the safety rules of the park throughout your stay. Running and diving are not allowed in all areas.
- For hygiene reason children who wear nappies should use waterproof ones.

Great fun in the sun - Excellent water park
Loads of bigger rides for older children as well as options for younger.
Food in restaurants looked well priced and tasty.
Got busy- would recommend arriving early.

A fab day !! - We loved our day here, lots to do for all ages.
Just be careful of walking around barefoot after 1pm as the concrete is seriously hot, so if you're not wearing anything on our feet then look out for water sprays and trickles of water on the concrete throughout the park.
I have to mention the food was so so good!! The best food (especially that it's healthy and cooked right in front of you!!) that I've had in a park of any kind!!!

Excellent day at Watercity with the family - We had an excellent time at this waterpark, perfect for a great afternoon with the kids. The slides were exciting, the pools were clean, and there was something for everyone. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our visit even better. Highly recommend for a fun family day out!

Excellent day out - A great water park with thrilling rides. There are lockers provided, you need to get one quick, not because there is not enough, we saw several family's take two or three lockers when they are just meant to be for valuables. There are lots of sun beds where you can leave clothes and towels. The payment barcode on the bracelet is a great idea meaning no money exchanges hands until you leave. The slides are great, graded level 1 to 3, 3 being fastest. The only issue we found is adults holding onto and hiding the adult rubber rings, however the staff are very good at hunting them down and taking them back. The wave pool was not much to shout about but the little children enjoyed it. The food was also good and did not have to wait long. Some slide queues could take up to 20 minutes. We did not get all the slides done but really enjoyed what we did

A good day out for the family - We had a good day out with our family of five here- two adults and three almost teenagers. We spent about 200 euros for admission, five lunches, two lockers.
Overall as an adult I thought the place was a bit dated and worn and ready for an overhaul.
There were plenty of lockers and food changing space. There are also plenty of sun beds so everyone had a slot.
We came early and it was not too busy so we had plenty of slide time. The kids absolutely loved it and went on most slides and got denied nowhere (but are quite tall for their age). They ran around happy as clams all day which is why I give a 4 star rather than a 3.
The slides are worn in some places and several people said they got splinters/ hurt when they went on them. We didn’t experience that but saw one lady really suffering.
The food was average, kids friendly and pizza is the best option. The staff was friendly and well intending.

Bad experience - Those who go in August, don't go, it's terribly hot , there are very long queues, the water in the pool is hot, We all get sunstroke, It was a bad experience.

Lots of people 🥲 - I should have given 5/5 but I gave 3/5 because when we were there there were many people 😠but of course it’s not Watercity’s fault 🙃 but it was still quite slow staff…
The pictures on WaterCity's website are fake, it looks like it's VERY LONG water slides but they're only 20-30 meters, maybe a little shorter or long, closing times were short, they close at 18:00 every day, it should be AT LEAST 20:00 🕗 better if it's 21:00

Nice, nicely groomed, day out - From Stalida/Malia with the additional transfer within 30 min. At the Waterpark. For the kids of 13/14 wonderful entertainment, and if you are present at opening no waiting times. After 12:00 the waiting times increase rapidly. Ample sunbeds available for parents. Delicious freshly prepared pizza for a regular price (10,00)
Only downside, the total price. 37.50 p.p. Plus food you soon reach 200.00 for a day at Waterpark.

Slides fun, otherwise unfriendly stuff! - Slides fine, very long queues and unfriendly staff. Too bad because the prices are not nauseating.
The food was good but the hygiene in the park not very good. Cockroaches and other pests such as ant nests are everywhere.
