Absolutely wonderful day of fun!!! - Amazing day. Would highly recommend. We went last week of September. We purchased tickets directly from watercity Park. This included a coach transfer to and from the park. We were picked up from outside the silva beach hotel and the journey to the park itself took approx 45 mins/1 hour. Probably because the time of year and the fact we went on a school day meant that the park was nice and quiet. No queues. Sunbeds available and we spent the day at the wave pool which was such good fun. Well worth the €112 (3 adults) Dropped at park for 10.30 am and picked up at 4.30. It's a cashless system so you are given a paper bracelet with a bar code on. Whatever you eat and drink you scan your barcode and settle the bill on leaving. (Max €100 euros pp). Food and drink OK and reasonably priced. Great day out. Worth the visit.

Halal food! Fun slides! - Was not expecting much as we have done water parks in dubai and elsewhere- we were just looking for a nice cooling fun day out with the kids. The location is a little away from everything but a nice drive up. Very organized with the wrist bands where we can load up some credit and also use to pay for food drinks etc inside so need to worry about carrying money around. Not a huge park- we did all the slides many times in time we were there. It was not so busy with not too much queuing which was great with kids. Small toddler play areas were also great. Plenty of seating and loungers with umbrellas for the shade! The slides were better than expected- not quite dubai level but we enjoyed ourselves. We are muslims and to find halal places to eat in Crete was a nightmare so when we saw halal meat options in the park- we were so excited and probably had our best lunch for our entire holiday here- yes would recommend to come if you are with toddlers kids and teens- a funday out for all!

A fantastic family day out - It was an amazing and fun filled day out that created great family memories. The park entry fee was reasonably priced with the transfer, and the food and drink wasn't extortionate. We booked direct through the website rather than through a hotel rep, it's best to get your ticket printed out at your hotel reception.

Brilliant Day Out - I highly recommend a visit to Watercity, the largest waterpark in Crete. It offers something for everyone, from the kids' pool and lazy river to an exceptional variety of slides, with intensity levels ranging from 1 to 3. The prices were very reasonable, including the lunch we had at the park, which offered a good variety of options. The toilets were consistently cleaned, which was impressive given how busy the park was. I also thought the wristband with a barcode was a fantastic idea—it allowed us to buy food and drinks throughout the park without needing to carry cash or cards, with payment settled at the end.

Pleasantly surprised - I reluctantly went after reading the previous comments, Thursday, August 22, Arrival at 10:30 and only 3 minutes queue. I have never had to wait for the buoys, which are in large numbers, as well as the sunbeds and umbrellas well scattered throughout the park. The park is large, beautiful and clean. Well-defined areas for young and old. The staff were nice everywhere and watch each Attraction well, one person is at the top of each slide to give advice and avoid rushing. We have a bracelet system to pay for everything in the end. Awards are correct and there are tables in the shade everywhere. The toilets and showers are numerous and clean. In the end, we all had a great day. It costs relatively expensive, €30 adults and €20 children plus €8 locker on which we recover half on leaving. The world arrived from 2 pm and it then takes about twenty minutes per slide

Fun day out. Book online! - Such great value for money and great fun! My partner and I booked our tickets online the morning before we went. Highly recommend booking online as it’s cheaper. It’s a cashless venue. All you do is scan your wristband for making payments on the site and you settle up when you leave. The slides were great fun. Would definitely return if I were in the area again.

Please read this if have children taller than 140cm but younger than 12 years old - Please read this if have children taller than 140cm but younger than 12 years old as this is the point that park management made contradicting and confusing. If you purchase ticket in the park, they have meter on the wall that states, up to this height child is toddler and entrance is free, then till 140cm is child and pay child fee, will receive child bracelet but cant go for half the slides. Everyone taller than 140cm is adult, pay adult fee and received adult bracelet and can obviously go on all slides. Confusion happens when you book tickets in advance online via agent where you book it with bus pick up and drop of. Because there you are not asked height, but only age. Below 12 it will tell you to pay child fee. When you then arrive to the park, they will tell you that you paid child fee = your child will receive child bracelet = with child bracelet your child cant go on all slides (about half of them) even if, as my son is 155cm tall. They will say slides level 3 are “extreme”, but that is just not the case. In fact there is not a single slide that I would call “extreme”. All slides are suitable for child taller than 140cm. So yeah, this is super confusing and does not make sense to me personally. If you want your child to be able to go on all slides simply pay adult fee. If you are with kids you will have fun but to set your expectations correctly, park is medium size and so are the attractions. This is not size and level of Siam or parks in Orlando or one I went to in Malaysia. Food is quite good and selection is surprisingly large compared to other similar parks. Queues were bit too long for my liking even though it was Monday and last week of August. Over all it was pleasant day 😊.

Do not go there. Other much beter parks are in crete - First and foremost, do not take their transfer. It took them 1 hour and 40 minutes from Malia center (25 minutes drive). Now for the place, very rude staff at the slides. There are only 9 slides. Don't let them fool you with 34 nubers, they put numbers on every side pool and every shop there. The slides are divided into 3 categories, and at some of them, you discover the category on the slide entrance after you wait the whole line with the kids that can't use the silde. Imagine the dispointment in their eyes!

Not recomended - Slide management is awful making the queues way longer than they need to be. If landing pools were managed correctly the slides could be better used and queues made more efficient
