Great time of year to visit - Good mix of slides and swimming areas. Everywhere was really clean and the rides felt safe. We were visiting at the end of the season and it was great. Still warm enough to make the most of it but no queues for majority of rides. Food was reasonably priced and huge portions. Chips were a bit cold was the only downside. My kids (12 and 8) absolutely loved it and went off on the rides all day. They understood there were rides they couldn’t go on but as there was no queues for the ones they could it wasn’t a problem. We would definitely go back if we come back to Crete

watercity - we came here on the first day of our trip and had a fantastic time!! really good for both adults and children. only issue was the amount of uphill walking, couldve benefitted from some stairs in places

Absolutely wonderful day of fun!!! - Amazing day. Would highly recommend. We went last week of September. We purchased tickets directly from watercity Park. This included a coach transfer to and from the park. We were picked up from outside the silva beach hotel and the journey to the park itself took approx 45 mins/1 hour. Probably because the time of year and the fact we went on a school day meant that the park was nice and quiet. No queues. Sunbeds available and we spent the day at the wave pool which was such good fun. Well worth the €112 (3 adults) Dropped at park for 10.30 am and picked up at 4.30. It's a cashless system so you are given a paper bracelet with a bar code on. Whatever you eat and drink you scan your barcode and settle the bill on leaving. (Max €100 euros pp). Food and drink OK and reasonably priced. Great day out. Worth the visit.

Halal food! Fun slides! - Was not expecting much as we have done water parks in dubai and elsewhere- we were just looking for a nice cooling fun day out with the kids. The location is a little away from everything but a nice drive up. Very organized with the wrist bands where we can load up some credit and also use to pay for food drinks etc inside so need to worry about carrying money around. Not a huge park- we did all the slides many times in time we were there. It was not so busy with not too much queuing which was great with kids. Small toddler play areas were also great. Plenty of seating and loungers with umbrellas for the shade! The slides were better than expected- not quite dubai level but we enjoyed ourselves. We are muslims and to find halal places to eat in Crete was a nightmare so when we saw halal meat options in the park- we were so excited and probably had our best lunch for our entire holiday here- yes would recommend to come if you are with toddlers kids and teens- a funday out for all!

A fantastic family day out - It was an amazing and fun filled day out that created great family memories. The park entry fee was reasonably priced with the transfer, and the food and drink wasn't extortionate. We booked direct through the website rather than through a hotel rep, it's best to get your ticket printed out at your hotel reception.

Water park - We had a great time in this water park. It is quite large, there are quite a few slides with or without buoy. The expectation was reasonable, we could do anything we wanted. The park deserves a little renovation.

Enjoyed! - Small but perfectly formed. We had a great day here. No massive rides but enough of a thrill. No massive queues which is always good! Enough sun beds and food wasn’t too expensive Recommended although quite far out so need a car / taxi which isn’t cheap.

Fun day out. Book online! - Such great value for money and great fun! My partner and I booked our tickets online the morning before we went. Highly recommend booking online as it’s cheaper. It’s a cashless venue. All you do is scan your wristband for making payments on the site and you settle up when you leave. The slides were great fun. Would definitely return if I were in the area again.

Dull. The lazy river lol - OK park. Some great slides and places to sun bathe. Do not fall for the hype. The place looks massive on paper but it's actually quite small. Food outlets awful. A stray dog was begging for food and the staff just let it carry on. Lazy river has one pump and you have to paddle at times to get around. Pumps that squirt water at you don't work. Lockers are a nightmare to work out. Some slides unattended so trying to het on them a mare. Jacuzzi is not a jacuzzi but a very deep part of the pool with steep step down to get into it

Not worth its hype… - Me and my partner decided to go on this excursion as it is very heavily encouraged by tour reps all around crete, however we wish we’d given it a miss. Don’t get me wrong, some rides are good, however i think all the advertisement about it being the “biggest” are a bit exaggerated. there’s only about 8 attractions, after 1 hour we’d done everything and we were stuck waiting for the coach for another 5 hours 😖 The rubber rings were thrown all over the place so we had to walk around hunting for one everytime we went on a ride. The food was reasonably priced but unfortunately i just didn’t like it, i discarded most of my meal. On a more serious note; my partner was injured as the water depth is insufficient at the bottom of the slides. He went down a very high speed slide into a much too shallow water level and his heels were smacked into the bottom of the pool, luckily he had his legs bent slightly or he could have broken them hitting the water at such a speed. this is a simple safety requirement we would expect to have been met, he was unable to walk the next day due to pain and had bruised feet. We also got stuck in one ride, it was a couples rubber ring & my partner had to GET OUT of the ring and push us off the wall we were stuck on, then quickly climb back in before we dropped down; what if he hadn’t got back on in time??! This happened to the couple before us too we saw, as there was cctv next to the ride operator who was doing nothing about it. Overall, i would say it’s an overpriced and boring day out, and i would say i have huge concerns over the clear lack of care regarding health and safety of their customers.
