Good experience for a great price - Good fun, got picked up on time and went to a variety of locations, beautiful sights both at Duden Waterfalls and on the boat tour. Melissa was especially kind and made the tour a lot of fun. At the end we got complimentary lunch, would like a bigger portion but it was good. Great value trip all in all.

Our Antlya City Tour Experience - Amazing view if the waterfall and from the boat tour. The city tour was insightful as well. Compliments to our guide Ozzy for his energy and knowledge! Maybe remove the cable car from the package so as not to confuse buyers.

Professional and Co-operative - We had an amazing experience as the guide and the driver were very professional and co-operative. A must advisable tour.

Potential to be a great trip but timings aren’t great - This could have been a fabulous trip as we had a good guide and driver and the places we visited were great. However, the van was far too cramped and the timings just didn’t work because of the tardiness of some clients and the fact our guide got involved in helping out another group. This meant delays to the boat trip and lunch being at nearly 3pm. The lunch was fine and included in the ticket price but a real hard sell by the restaurant for expensive extras like drinks, fries, hummus etc. On a positive note Duden waterfall is worth a look though again we were delayed by clients and left late for the warehouse where silver jewellery, baklava etc is being sold. We were delayed by 2 members of the trip for over 20 minutes. Our guide informed them they’d be left and have to be shuttled to the tour later but this caused our poor guide a lot of hassle. Antalya old town is stunning and our guide was very informative. It would have been lovely to have lunch here and some time to ourselves. We were left at the harbour for nearly a hour while our guide tried to sort out our boat trip as well as that of some members of another Tourmania group. The boat trip was good fortunately. In summary, Tourmania needs to sort out their timings. Less hanging about and more old town.

Disappointing - Disappointing. We were expecting a 7-hour tour starting at 9am but instead we finished much earlier. I was expecting to learn something at the silversmith (or see a demonstration) but it was just a sales pitch. The Turkish delight salesman was aggressive and annoying. I also felt like I got scammed at the lunch restaurant too. We were told that lunch was included, and the waiter brought two bottles of water which we later had to pay for. He didn’t tell us it was extra, whereas he said that Sprite and Coke were extra. Overall, this felt like a bit of a scam.
