Just book rafting- with a different company - I was really disappointed with today’s tour- was very unorganised. Stood waiting for 30 minutes after a jeep ride, you can’t call a jeep safari, just went on the roads and half a mile of dirt track. We then did the rafting, but not in the groups we were set in at the main site. We were sat with all English speaking tourists, then mixed up for the whole day. We waited 30 mins on the river bank with no one talking to us, then did the first part of the rafting, which was fun- then stopped at the first place where we stood for an hour (you could pay for drinks and cooked corn on the cob, but we were expecting lunch so didn’t eat, wish we had). Just waiting, no guidance or information of what was happening. What a waste of time. Just watching others use a zip line who had a different itinary. No lunch provided. We then eventually got back in the boat and went to another zip line. Just awful!!! Not over the river like shown but into an old grubby mattress for a safety barrier. No views and felt robbed. Literally the worst experience. Back into the river and after waiting another 45 mins allowed ‘lunch’ at 4pm. That’s not lunch. We first ate at 8am ahead of pick up for breakfast to have on the itinerary lunch is included when this is a lie, paddling a boat for 3 hours you’re starving. So- no jeep safari. 2 hours 15 of standing just waiting with no guidance. An awful zip line experience & no lunch, but food at 4pm. Tour operator responded- what do you expect, you didn’t pay enough for this tour to have a better time. Really poor customer service bar the rafting. Just book rafting which was good!
