White water rafting - My wife and I really enjoyed the excursion. We were picked up from our hotel in Belek exactly on time and driven about an hour. The river and valley were beautiful. The water is about 14° so a little chilly but the weather was so warm it was fine. You will get wet, you start by walking through the river to acclimatise then the first rapid you go down absolutely drenches the entire boat. You certainly get your monies worth as it is a long way back to the base through a series of gentle sections and rapids bit not too fierce. Lunch was chicken with rice salad and pasta which was absolutely fine. We didn't do the quad or zipline but both looked fun although the quads got everyone filthy and they washed off in the river. Very smooth operation.

Fun day of activities - Our guide Hassan was very good fun and kept us organised. We booked all 4 activities which meant we were occupied all day. The transfer was quite long from our hotel but the activities were very well organised and great fun. The rafting was fab. Lovely scenery, rapids weren’t too scary and fun along the way! Great to stop halfway and grab a drink and some local bread. Lunch was fine and the facilities were good. We choose a buggy over the quad bikes which was definitely a good option. Prepare to get dirty and wet! Do take old clothes and water shoes are a must!

Magic day of rafting - A special thanks to Mohammed our rafting guide at Tornado rafting, who made it a magic day for our boat and crew and kept the energy and excitement high on the beautiful river journey to home base.

Cool rafting experience - We only booked the rafting. This is also the main attraction. Jeep safaris, quads, buggies and ziplines are also offered. The pick-up went well. The guides are in a good mood and the rafting is really cool. It's a lot of fun, the route is very long.
You should bring bathing shoes. They cost €10 on site and you are not allowed in the boat if you are wearing flip flops.
The food is simple but good. After the rafting you are really hungry... Drinks cost €3 or €5 for beer.
It's stupid that you have to wait for people who have booked more than just rafting.
It's definitely worth a trip and you're pretty exhausted by the evening. 😉

Great rafting but lots of waiting - Rafting was fun, but unfortunately if you only signed up for the rafting excursion, you were still grouped with people who had also signed up to zip line and buggy ride. That meant those who only rafted were stuck waiting for the zip liners and buggy riders. Not cool! I suggest finding a company that offers only rafting or keeps the rafting groups together and not make them wait for the other people.

Good but a lot of waiting - Our guide Hassan was fantastic, made it good fun and safe for us all. But when we only wanted to raft (2.5 hours) and the whole trip took 9 hours - that’s a lot of travelling and waiting around time.
They definitely upsell the extra excursions and drinks, photos, phone cases, shoes etc.
Overall we had a good day, but a lot of wasted time.

Okay rafting, not worth the wait - Okay rafting, can't do more than what the river offers. Guides and food were nice. HOWEVER
This company does not have its clients as a priority. It's a whole gimmick for scrapping money and making you pay extras.
If you only do the rafting, you will wait an hour with nothing to do other than buy their extras while others do their combo experience, which they make appear like it is included in the rafting but it's an extra fee.
Once they are done their buggy, 20 minutes of rafting, some food, and another 30 minutes of waiting until the others to their zipline.
To note that the people we did the rafting with didn't actually enjoy the quad and the zipline. You're trapped.
If the company really had its clients at heart, they would communicate from the beginning that you will be waiting hours before, during and after your rafting. They had the opportunity to match us with other only rafting clients, but they preferred to make us all wait.

WARNING: Dubious booking process - Oh boy, where do I even start…
When booking this trip you have two options: 24€ with transfer and 16€ without transfer. Seems logical, doesn’t it?
Well, as I will show you now there is something rotten about the booking process.
Let’s take a closer look at the 16€ option:
1. The title: „Rafting & Mittagessen ohne Transfer“ = no transfer
2. Literally the next line: „Rafting und Mittagessen inklusive, Abholung inbegriffen“
Abholung inbegriffen means transfer is included. This are two contradicting informations which left me quite confused.
And it got worse:
In case you decide to book the 16€ option (without transfer) you get the option to include a hotel address to be picked up.
Now here is my question: If the 16€ option does not include a transfer to the Canyon, why is there even an option in the booking process to be picked up?
In the end this option convinced me that a transfer was in fact concluded. Unsurprisingly nobody came to pick me up and only after I wrote to the support I learned that a transfer was not included.
When I tried to inform them about the flaws and confusion in the booking process to get a refund they dismissed everything and even shut down the conversation. I reopened the conversation, only for them to swiftly change the topic to offering me the same tour on the next day.
This conversation with the support was a drag and happened over two days. In case you‘re wondering, I did try to call them directly (three times) but they were never available.
At this point I was already convinced that the company doesn't care about its customers and only want to get as much money as possible, so I rejected. Now, you won't believe who wrote me the next day and what message I received: "Good morning, I will pick you up for rafting around 7.50."
I don't know whether they didn't read that I wasn't interested and I honestly don't care, because if you plan to set up your own company here is a little tip for you:
NEVER. EVER. SIGN. PEOPLE. UP. FOR. SOMETHING. THEY. HAVE. NOT. AGREED. TO.
I will restrain from making any comments about the tour itself as I didn't got to participate.
If you're reading this comment as someone who participated I hope you had a good time, but for all of you reading this before actually booking the tour, please think about who you end up supporting, because this company doesn't care about you, only for your wallet.
