Great Rafting - Recently, I had the chance to experience an ATV (often called quad biking), zipline, and rafting tour in Alanya, Antalya. It was an exhilarating journey, combining the rugged terrains on the ATV, the thrill of soaring on the zipline, and the adrenaline rush of rafting. The quad biking adventure, in particular, allowed us to explore the off-beaten paths of Alanya. Its scenic beauty added to the adventure. Highly recommended for thrill-seekers!

Great experience - Great experience, had a super fun time. Food was home cooked and very good. Staff was fun and energetic, they try to make everyone feel welcomed. The pickup and van seems a bit sketchy when you are in a country you don't know. Make sure to stand on the street outside of the hotel not at the normal shuttle pickup. It's a bit of a drive from all popular vacation hotels but over all the trip was very fun and very beautiful. They also bring you to the canyon, help you take selfies and just so much more. They also offer full video and photos of your trip at the end. Was around $30 for all the photos and videos, seems they don't split them up just give you a flash drive of all of it. Highly recommend for a cheap fun all day trip.

wasn’t very expensive. Definitely value for money. Came across loads of other tourists from other parts of the world. - Very good experience all thanks to the person that sorted it out (Ayse). I enjoyed my day very much it was awesome. Would definitely recommend to my friends if they come to Antalya.

Must do trip when visiting this area - We went as a family group of 6 and have to say we all thoroughly enjoyed the trip - our raft leader was great fun and we enjoyed picking wars against other rafts (splashing each other ). I do feel we got slightly conned when we arrived as we were told we needed to buy rubber shoes as our trainers would get ruined, we were also told to buy gloves to prevent blisters from the oars - we were charged 10 euros for each item, the gloves weren't necessary. The quad ride was a bit of fun but the buggy's were pretty knackered and 2 of them broke down during our trip. The zip line was good and we felt totally safe with full harnesses on. Lunch afterwards was nothing special but perfectly acceptable. The main star of the event is the rafting, try to get some rubber shoes from the market before you go to save money.

Thumbs up! - Every activity was pretty fun! It was all of our first times doing Quads, rafting, and zip lines so it was a new experience. All of the guides were very friendly and knowledgeable so I highly recommend the experience. Make sure you bring lots of water though because it’s all day and it’s very hot!

Good experiences, not very well organised, unpleasant transfer issues. - The positives:
All 3 experiences were good and our tour guide Tyler/Tylan looked after us very well.
Also, I requested gluten free vegetarian food for lunch and they accommodated for that very well. It was much appreciated. I would recommend this tour but unfortunately we had some bad experiences too that ruined the day.
The negatives:
Our pickup from the hotel took the wrong people so we were left stranded for an hour waiting for a replacement. Considering you should be checking booking ids not sure how you let that happen. The tour guide finally collected us and drove us there but unfortunately he had a gasoline spill in his car so his car had a terrible smell. We had to endure this awful smell for 1 1/2 hours as well as having to keep the windows open on a fast road the whole way. This was a very unpleasant experience for my whole family. We were told the bus would come back to pick us up and then that alternative transport would be sent, but none of that happened instead we had a car smelling of petrol. My kids felt unwell after the car journey because of the smell.
Also, on the ATV experience there were too many vehicles in our group and not enough guides. One buggy went off the road and no guide noticed and another women feinted because of so many delays waiting for others in scorching heat. This part should have been organised better as we spent more time waiting and less time riding. It was very difficult in the heat.
Overall we enjoyed the experience but our day was ruined by an hour delay of being left at the hotel followed by an unpleasant transfer that made my family feel unwell. I appreciate these experiences can have delays and a few issues but ours were definitely unreasonable and we feel we should be compensated. We paid a lot of money and usually viator are very good with organised tours but we were let down this by their mistake and then a unpleasant transfer. Please can someone please contact us with regard to compensation.

Get a better tour or a better company - First, the good part: Driving the quad was super fun and the nature around was beautiful!
Then the rest: Difficult to know where to start.... the driver could speak max 2-3 words in English, giving us basically zero guidance during the trip, even for basic questions. Then there was an incredible lack of organization, we were told to wait, and we were never informed for what and for how long, sometimes it was 5 min, sometimes 1h, to then rush to the next activity. At a point, they told us to wait in the car and after 45 min they came back asking why we were waiting as the rafting had already started. Basically, the driver didn't know he had to take us there....
The rafting activity was a disaster, no instructions to the participants. neither for enjoying it nor for safety. I have been rafting before, so I did my best to explain some basics to the other guests while our "guide" couldn't speak English and was focussing on screaming "FORWARD! ATTACK!" so that we could all get close to other boats and splash water to each other. Yes, this is the goal for them. Not enjoying the rapids, not enjoying nature, just splashing cold water in a silly way for half hour.
To wrap up: no English, bad organization, and a lot of waiting (that made even those who understood the language seriously frustrated).
