lots of driving!!!!... - lots of driving!!!!
Gabi was and excellent guide and a driver for just two of us. Antigua is worth visiting but 15 hr tour with 12 hrs in the car might be much -so you gave an option of overnight stay . you caoud also add visit to vulcano

Antigua was incredible! - Guatemala was incredible! The weather was nice and sunny, we could see the volcanoes on our way to Antigua and once being there, they were so close! Amazing historical buildings, the food was great and the service incredible! Definitely need more than a day in Antigua but it was still a great day!! Recommend 10/10 ✨❤️

Great Day Trip - This was a very long day but a great day. We were the only two on the trip, so we had a private tour and we were able to stop as needed for snacks and the bathroom. Josue handed us off to a great guide in Guatemala who taught us so much about the city. We loved the Jade Factory and took some beautiful photos courtesy of Josue. Despite border traffic, we got back in time to enjoy the night life in El Tunco.

Antigua - Our guide Gabby was lovely. Antigua is beautiful. The trip is very long with mostly driving. I wish they would have broken up the drive with a stop on the way up and on the way back at some point of interest.

Josue is the best guide-he should get a raise - 10 out of 10, Amazing experience! I would recommend JosuĂ© to anyone traveling. JosuĂ© seamlessly explained the histories of El Salvador and Guatemala’s in both English and Spanish. He was kind and patient and he made sure our needs were met and that our group was comfortable throughout the trip. It is no wonder he is mentioned throughout the reviews as being one of the top tour guides! We were so lucky to be paired with him, he definitely made our day trip to Antigua! We also want to shout out Manuel our local guide. He had extensive knowledge of Nativo culture and history.Â

A day trip to Antigua Guatemala - We had a wonderful and educational experience. Our driver, Gabby, was awesome. She gave us a lot of helpful information up front before the trip as well as throughout the drive to Antigua. Gabby knows the lay of the land which made us very comfortable throughout our ride in foreign country. She made sure we were comfortable and left no stone unturned to ensure a great experience. Our tour guide (I can't remember his name, was extremely knowledgeable of the country's history. He was very cordial and left no details out. Overall, we enjoyed our trip, our driver, and our tour guide and would highly recommend the company, Gabby, and our tour guide.

A Day in Guatemala - Roberto was a great driver and tour guide. Be prepared...this is a full-day adventure. Roberto made the time go quickly by providing us with the history of El Salvador as well as Guatemala. Antigua is a gorgeous colonial-era city. We are still mind-blown, just driving around an erupting volcano. Great food, architecture, and culture and loved my souvenir from the jade museum/store.

Josué is the best tour guide for Guatemala and all your tours! - Josué was the best tour guide(and photographer haha)! He was on time and very professional. He made our tour very personal to us. He was kind and charismatic and made sure to go the extra mile to make sure we were having the best experience in Guatemala. His driving skills were very impressive. We felt very safe along the way. He was also great with our baby. He was very knowledgeable on El Salvador and Guatemala. We would recommend 100% this tour and would love to work with Josué in other tours in the future.

Excursion worth it - Great day great visit! If you are visiting San Salvador, El Salvador, this is an excursion worth visiting, even if it is only to spend 5 hours in the beautiful city of Antigua in Guatemala. I suggest you choose 4:30 in the morning for the pickup at your hotel, as it is 5 hours drive to Antigua. I also suggest you withdraw money (from your credit card) from an ATM in Antigua City if you want to be able to buy souvenirs in the park (outside the market), as you will have to pay in quetzal (Guatemala currency). In the market no problem you can pay directly by credit card. I also suggest you go eat at the typical food restaurant (just mention it to your guide). Francisco was an unparalleled guide and Mario, our guide in Antigua, showed us the tour in French! Thank you to these two wonderful guides!

Great trip but its a long... - Great trip but its a long day. Well worth it if you’re interested in seeing Antigue. However if you don’t really want to see the city then probably not worth your time.
