Excellent Experience, Incredible Family Farm - Visiting the Little Green Farm is a really unique and incredible experience near Antigua. Michael is a kind, innovative, and passionate fourth-generation farmer on this land who really took the time to show us what makes farming in his community special. We booked same-day and he was really helpful in communicating and put a lot of work in to make it a great experience. He even came and picked us up and took us through the community around the farm. It was really great learning the entire process of harvesting and roasting coffee, enjoying some of the best avocados you’ll find anywhere, and seeing the many projects he and his team are working on as they run their farm. This is a great experience that supports a farmer and organization that is putting a lot back into the local community. Could not recommend this more!

Wow - Wow!! What a great experience and great tour. Michael is a great ambassador for all things organic and sustainable. We learned so much during our tour and enjoyed the coffee we brewed, the additional making of our own tortillas was a bonus. Recommend this highly.

A wonderful, informative,... - A wonderful, informative, and hands-on tour of a small local farm. The owner is friendly and passionate about their work and is quite focused on making this a great experience. We got to pick, grind, roast, and brew coffee; see the composting and livestock; make guacamole from their excellent avocados; and sample the honey. As I understand it, these are all available pretty much through the year due to their growing practices - not just in certain seasons. I recommend getting in touch with the owner in advance to ask any questions, find an optimal pick up location, etc. This isn't a typical Guatemalan farm but was a great experience and well worth a visit!

Love this tour! - The simple and passionate way Maikol transmits his knowledge on the "INSPIRE" tour A place that teaches you that with dedication and love you can help the planet and yourself to produce and eat organically. After this you can never have a cup of coffee or eat an avocado the same way. Children and adults will enjoy it

Amazing experience on an organic farm! - An incredible experience not to be missed! The Maykol farm, created with passion 5 years ago, is an example of sustainable and organic farming. Everything is made with recycled materials, and they produce their own fertilizer and compost. The experience (containing ~2 hours of sightseeing, workshops/tasting and pick-up from Antigua) is interactive and authentic: coffee roasting, tortilla and guacamole making, and tasting local honey and much more. Mykeol is passionate and shows us how his entire farm turns out sustainably. A great example to raise awareness! I recommend 100%, she is just an exciting and sincere person.

The best little farm in Antigua! - This tour was a great overall experience. We took our 2 kids (age 16 & 11) both said it was a 10 out of 10. We liked that it was close to the city (about 15 mins by car), it was hands on, interactive, and we were able to ask a ton of questions. It combined food and learning what’s not to love. The guide Maykol was patient, he had a passion for what he was doing and it showed. He got our kids involved in the demonstrations, got them to try coffee and avocados neither of which they would have tried back at home. The coffee, avocados and honey were delicious, the tortillas we made were also very good. It was the best tour we did on our trip to Antigua Guatemala and we would recommend to everyone.

In addition, we really enjoyed learning about avocados and honey! This is a very well done tour and everyone is so nice! Elisa is the cutest little helper out there! We can’t forget about Bingo too!
