Very Professional and reliable - Very good ride.. all the drivers were professional and car was clean. They were mini tour guide so they explained everything about the island.

The transfers were timely and the... - The transfers were timely and the drivers and representative we had were great. Only complaint was that it took us a while to find the representative after getting off the plane and there was some confusion as they don't have a booth like the other companies and no one we asked had heard of Viator. But it all worked out and we will use then for our next trip

Jolly Holiday - Second trip to Antigua and used Alexander Parish for airport shuttle once again. Very friendly staff working at the airport who located my details and confirmed my transfer. The bus driver was friendly and knowledgeable when asked questions about Antigua, this made the journey to the hotel more relaxable and stress free. Bumpy ride, but not much you can do but enjoy the lush views of Antigua. AP were very accommodating on the return journey to allow last minute changes to include additional pick-up, thank you

Good transfer vehicles, courteous... - Good transfer vehicles, courteous drivers and well organised, particularly the return when every effort was employed to confirm flight on time and pickup times were confirmed with our hotel.

Needs to be more organize - Getting to the hotel was great but while I was leaving the hotel to get my plane that was the problem. The driver was not there and they did not schedule a driver . I was eventually transported to the airport from another company

One half of a round trip transfer - They did not pick me up for the return to the airport. I was at the pickup spot early and they did not show up. I forced to pay for another taxi to take me to the airport.

This trip was 4X more expensive then... - This trip was 4X more expensive then catching a cab from the airport! My sister and 3 friends took a cab the following day and spent 31 split between the 4 of them!. The driver wasn't the issue!
