First time 4 everything 😎 - They definitely made it fun and exciting, was nervous thinking I wasn’t going to stop and run right into the tree but he caught me with one hand!! Six lines was enough for me.. Enjoyed it too the fullest 🥰🥰

DO THIS! - We had a great time (two 77-year-old first-timers and a 13-year-old who said it was the best Zipline she had ever been on). The rangers were very well trained and helpful at each station. They took professional care of all the people in our group. The added bonus was our knowledgeable taxi driver Charles, who loved science and literature, especially Shakespeare.

Great zip lining experience - Our group of 11, including 3 kids ages 12, 9, and 5, had a great time zip lining. We did the 12+1 and it was a perfect and exciting experience for everyone. Our 5 year old got stuck once (she didn’t quite make it to the other side and slid back to the middle) and was easily “rescued” but the gracious and friendly crew. We also really enjoyed just seeing this part of the island.

Fun times! - The entire experience was awesome. From the driver to entire staff at the excursion location! My best zip-lining experience yet, it was worth every penny!

Thrilling but not terrifying - which is a good thing! - We did this via our resort as part of a triple activity set which included the ziplines, kayaking in the mangroves and snorkelling in Turtle Bay. The 4 stars are purely for the zipline. It was a lovely drive up through the rainforest to get to the ziplines - about 45 mins from our resort on the North side of the island. The team onsite were well-organised and friendly. We got a good safety briefing which put us at ease - despite the first thing we had to do being signing a waiver! We felt reassured with the safety equipment and comprehensive cross checks completed by the staff. Helmets, harnesses, gloves and safety ropes provided. We did the shorter zipline route of 8 lines - I think there are 12 in total. 8 was enough for me as someone with a fear of heights, especially when the rain starting bucketing down just as we got to 'The Screamer'. Fairly quick to navigate them all. There were experts at each station to help you reach the landing zone and to safely move you on to the next line, although I did feel that they were laughing and talking about me when I got stuck on the first line. It's worth noting that on some lines you are responsible for your own braking (they show you how) and others the rangers will manage this for you. The rangers were really encouraging when they noticed anyone who was fearful of heights (me!). Obviously, you can't have anything dangling that could interfere with the safety equipment (hair, jewellery, phones etc) but you can attach a Go-Pro via chest strap or helmet (they had some of these on site). Otherwise, the rangers are responsible for photos and videos - these weren't great to be honest, and pricey. Nice little gift shop, bar and clean toilets available on site too.

Zipline - The staff is not friendly, but does make sure everyone is safe. The ziplines are fun but nothing spectacular for $100.

A Good Option - There are many tour operators selling this adventure. We were driving by one day and saw it so we booked it online and went along as a group of 2. On the day, there were way too many people, probably 40 or 50, all doing groups, doing different lengths of the zipline. Some were doing paddle boarding or other things afterwards so they go ahead of everyone else. We were doing zipline and obstacle course, so we were the last group, meaning we had to wait for everyone. That took longer and we stood around quite a lot waiting on the guys to finish up with one group to come back to us, so they appear to be using the same staff. It also took about an hour to get everyone ready, check paperwork, get the gear on, do the safety briefing, etc. Whilst it was advertised to begin at 10am and be a 1 hour tour, we didn't finish until after 1pm, so plan accordingly. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, but would say the organisation and set-up could be more efficient. You're not allowed to take photos, have anything in your hand obviously; they do take photos and videos of you but they sell them to you. You can use a go-pro so bring that along if you have it. Would be nice if they gave you one photo for free and allow you to buy the rest and the video if you wanted. Seem harsh to charge almost $100 for a tour and you can't take photos.
