Friendly and informative - Friendly and informative. Lots of small streets we otherwise would never has noticed. Really feel we saw the old city. Would recommend.

guided trip - during this private tour of antwerp we seen the best of city, we got 2 extra hours as we requested to see much more sights, as the city was really interesting. our guide provided best guiding tour we could get. thank you.

Adding our Praise for Walking Tour with Christophe - Other reviewers have already praised their Walk Antwerp tours with Christophe, and we can only echo their sentiments. My wife and I took a day trip to Antwerp during our recent visit to Belgium. Even on a gray day with intermittent showers, Christophe helped us hit all the highlights over a brisk 3-hour stroll. He was knowledgeable about history and culture, but also the kind of fascinating tidbits the guide books don't mention. If you've never been to Antwerp and only have one day to explore, this tour is definitely recommended.

Excellent walking tour with Christophe ! - On a cruise overnight in Antwerp I had contacted Christophe a few months earlier to see if the date we were there he could guide us. Christophe answered very quick and we met him at the meeting place qute early because our ship would leave Antwerp early . The walking tour he took us on was excellent we would have never found all the marvelous places Christophe took us to on our own . His English is very good and he was very flexible when we had a few special wishes. Antwerp is a great place to have a person like Christophe show you around and tell you all about its history in a very pleasant way . Thank you Christophe for showing us your city , we hope to be back some day and will contact you again .

Antwerp was very interesting! - I thoroughly enjoyed the Antwerp & Ghent Tour! The history of the City’s was wonderful, and I enjoyed walking the streets and admiring the canals! We actually had the opportunity to walk around on our own, which I enjoyed.

Terrible clueless, entitled guide. No knowledge to offer. - Out guide had no idea what he was doing. As I wrote on another review, it appears that Trip Advisor is now hiring locals who SAY they know their way around the city on the spot. I would NOT Recommend any PRIVATE tours from trip advisor or VIATOR, as the guides are obviously not screened. We were extremely disappointed with this tour. Our guide was scrambling to figure out where to take us. We stopped for coffee and we graciously bought him one as well. At the end of the tour , he said “Now we go for Belgium Beer” We told him , we do not drink beer. He completely ignored that, and continued to walk to the café to get the beer. My husband and I assumed that this was included, as whenever we have done private tours, some sort of drink or treat is included. So we said, I guess we can have a water. Well, when the water and his beer came, he asked us to pay for it. Our credit cards did not work at that café, and finally he had to pay for his own beer and our two waters. He was very upset about this, and told us that we had better give him a good review since he paid for our waters. Because he was expecting us to buy him a beer. Unbelievable!

No Show - Waited 20-25 minutes at the "Prandeo" cafe. Never saw anyone resembling a guide. Called the number indicated for questions and got operator message that it was disconnected.
