Luxury travel - We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the pier. We'll organized and very friendly. On board we were offered the VIP option for 200THB per person, it include 2 small snacks, a small coke and a small water. It was amazing to sit in reclining leather chairs. Overall a really good experience.

Absolutely wonderful - Beautiful trip to Phi Phi and back. Van pickup from resort then short drive to pier. Boarded ferry and chose to upgrade to the VIP level for Bht200 each as seating more comfortable and you get food and drinks included. Staff lovely. Definitely use again.

Ferry to Kho Phiphi - The ferry is very good, departure on time, comfortable seats. Possibility of traveling upstairs for 200 baths more, with drink and snack included. The only downside is the air conditioning which is much too strong in the cabin!

Clean and comfortable - Clean ferry, comfortable seats. You can also buy small snacks. Very nice staff, helped us load the bikes. It's cool that they take bikes anyway

Ideal to get to ko phi phi - Driver came about 10 minutes late, no biggie. A mini bus is the transport so fine for all luggage and the service received throughout was lovely. Very organised. Scenic journey.

Not very satisfied - Fine crossing but this boat is really old. Inside it stinks and the chairs are old and some broken. All the luggage is down the aisle. We sat outside on the point that made the trip even more fun. We were also picked up 45 minutes late. Well informed about it when I apped that the driver was not there yet but we had 2 apps to be ready at 0815 and we stood. If you are not picked up until 0900 because others were late, then you are upset. Our anyway from phi phi to phuket was better.

Late but good value - Pick up was very late Left the port late and had to pick up at raiay so was very late getting to Koh phi phi Very busy !!! Didn’t see any life jackets . Piles of luggage . Took ages to get off ! 20 bhat fee at the port

Late pick up - Tour operator was 30 min late in picking us up from hotel. No notice or apologies given. I had to phone them twice to confirm that we’re not left behind.

Terrible experience - Absolutely appalling service. Driver 1.20 minutes late picking us up. Stressful as we were 30 mins arriving after ferry had left. Put onto a smaller boat to meet ferry in middle of ocean

Skip Viator and buy your own ticket - Waited 40 minutes and the pickup driver never showed. Was communicating with the Viator company who said 10 minutes multiple times. Had to pay for a taxi who drove at top speed and barely made the boat. Skip Viator and buy your own boat ticket and taxi so you make the trip stress free
