Smooth operator - Smooth without issues, driver came a bit late but managed to catch up to boat everything was fine and pleasant.

Got from Ao Nang to our hotel in Patong. Took about 4.5 hours door to door. - Driver picked us up on time. A little squished in the truck, but otherwise good. Good boat ride. We left around 15 minutes late and arrived around 45 minutes late. The driver from the pier in Phuket did a fine job and got us to our hotel.

Best way to get to Phuket from Krabi - Easy booking and good communication with tour operator. It was a little confusing at the harbor in Krabi but it all came together. The boat was clean although the Video monitors didn't work.

Long... - I'd read a few reviews and got a 2ish hour travel time, so thought I'd be landing in Phuket at 5ish. Not the case. Ferry didn't leave till after 3.30pm and took 3 and a half hours, didn't arrive till after 7 then over an hour for transfer to hotel arriving after 8pm. After getting picked up around 2pm this was over a 6 hour journey, soooo leave plenty of time for this travel 👍 The ferry itself was good, a can of beer and crisps available to buy on board, you can sunbathe on the top deck if you wish. The sunset pics as your coming into Phuket harbor are amazing. All in all a good trip, but, leave plenty of time for it 🙏

Nightmare Ferry Transfer from Ao Nang to Phuket - Avoid at All Costs! - This ferry transfer from Ao Nang to Phuket was an absolute disaster! It was poorly organized from start to finish and ended up taking hours longer than advertised. Here's the breakdown of this travel nightmare: Pick-up Chaos: My pick-up window was between 2pm and 2:30pm. I waited patiently, bags packed, until 2:45pm before they finally arrived. Not a great way to start the journey. Disorganized Departure: Once at the ferry jetty, the process was chaotic. It took ages to get everyone sorted, and the boat ended up leaving a full 45 minutes behind schedule. Extended Journey: The ferry trip itself took much longer than advertised, meaning we didn't arrive in Phuket Old Town until 7:30pm – already several hours behind schedule. Minivan Mishap: Arriving in Phuket, the promised hotel transfer fell apart. The tour company didn't have minivans for a direct transfer, so they crammed us all onto a large bus. This bus then proceeded to completely bypass my hotel and take us on a scenic (and entirely unnecessary) 30-minute detour to the other side of the beach and the bus terminal. Double Transfer: Finally, at the bus terminal, they shuffled us into another minivan for a "direct" hotel transfer. "Direct" in this case apparently meant another 20-minute drive before I finally reached my hotel – at a staggering 9:40pm! Avoid this company if you value your time and sanity! The entire transfer was poorly managed, took far too long, and left me exhausted and frustrated. Look elsewhere for a ferry transfer from Ao Nang to Phuket – there are definitely better options out there!

Disappointing - Truck Arrived very late to pick us up from hotel, which was very anxiety provoking!!! Got to pier, had to transfer from 1 ferry to another to get to the ferry we were travelling to Phuket, when we eventually got on the ferry informed that we would need to pay an additional 200 baht each if we wanted to go on the top deck!!! We choose not to!!! We felt like caged animals & claustrophobic, as there was very little space to wander in the fresh air & capture the sea views. The ferry was anticipated to take 2.5 hours but took 4.5 hours, stopping off at sea to pick up from speedboat & longboats, however, these passengers were directed upstairs, no sight of paying the extra 200 but??? No complimentary coffee or water!! AoNang travel definitely not as good as Phi Phi cruiser, who are far more organised & professional

Terrible - Terrible trip. Boat was over 30 minutes late into the port, extremely dated boat and treat like children. We had 4 different boats and changed boats twice in the middle of the ocean with luggage. Would not recommend.

⚠️Ferry from Phuket to Krabi ( Ao Nang ) ⚠️ - First of all the ferry was 45min late because of 2 people. They tell you to come at least 30min before and then they let 200 people wait for 2 people for 45min. It’s tinny port so the moment you enter your pier for boarding is there. Don’t even bother to come earlier. Second thing, after departure they told us that we will stop at privet island to drop some people off. That’s not written anywhere!! After contacting the company, they just kept on repeating “normally if passenger then boat stop at Railay, if no passenger then boat don’t stop”, with their poor English. Pretty much useless and corrupted like most of the agencies here.

Pick up from hotel late, missed the ferry - The driver was late 45 minutes. We missed the ferry. Bad experience. Had to board smaller boat and after 30 minutes, in the middle of sea to switch from first boat to ferry.
