Smooth passage - The whole booking, and ferry went smoothly. All well organized and good staff. A number of ferry seats were broken and in need of repair.

Good price, basic but did the job. - The cruise took the 2hours it said it would but the ferry was nearly an hour late in arriving. The ferry was basic but did the job. The toilets were truly awful so either go beforehand or be prepared! We also got a transfer to our hotel included in the ticket (nice people carrier). Life jackets evident.

Terrible service for ferry booking - The reservation and voucher indicate wrong information about the meeting point for departure - Railay Village Resort is stated but that's not the case. In Railay West beach you need to go to the Boat Ticket kiosk and exchange your voucher for stickers to allow you to board. Only the ferry staff is present at any time who are rude and unhelpful. The stated transfer times do not match at all either - the ferry drops you at the main pier and car service to Patong/Kata beach takes an extra 50 mins! Not worth booking online, might as well do it on site (buy your ticket at the beach) at the beach and get it cheaper.

We took the high speed boat ride... -
We took the high speed boat ride from Railay to Phuket. The entire process was fine up until we arrived at the dock in phuket and tried to get a taxi to our hotel. There were probably 150 other people on the boat, but they only had taxis for 1/4 of those people available 10 person minibuses to be exact. Because most people were going to the Patong area of Phuket, they seemed to get the first buses out. People that were going to Kata Beach or Karon Beach had to wait until those minibuses went to Patong to drop off the customers to their hotels before returning to the Marina about 60-75 minutes later. The fact that there was ZERO communication between the people determining who got on what bus and the customers holding their luggage waiting to learn when they should expect to have a taxi take them to their hotel was infuriating. I must have heard 10 more minutes at least a dozen times. Had we been going to Patong, maybe it would have been a better experience, but because there were only 20-30 people going to Kata/Karon beach, we were unfortunately left to wonder when it would be our turn to get a taxi. Although we got to the Phuket Marina around 5:00 PM, we didnt get to our hotel until after 8:30. It also didnt help that when we got a bus driver, he spent the entire 60 minute ride on his phone and then took us to the wrong hotel originally
