Highlights
- Mulinuu Peninsula - Drive through Apia towards Mulinu’u Peninsula where you will see some historical monuments, Parliament building, and the Ministry of Justice Court building as well as some places of interest, restaurants and hotels along the Peninsula Drive.

- Mulinuu Peninsula - Drive through Apia towards Mulinu’u Peninsula where you will see some historical monuments, Parliament building, and the Ministry of Justice Court building as well as some places of interest, restaurants and hotels along the Peninsula Drive.
- Old Apia Market - Pay a visit to the local goods and fruit market. You will experience the trade on a daily basis and the hard working Samoan farmers/ families. Choose a local coconut vendor for a fresh cold refreshing niu (coconut).
- Immaculate Conception Cathedral - Enjoy the beautiful Immaculate Conception Cathedral located in the heart of Apia and capture the beauty of Samoan art and designs vividly displayed in the Cathedral.
- Robert Louis Stevenson Museum - This is a tour of the residence of the famous Scottish author who made Samoa his home in the 1980’s. He wrote the famous books Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde as well as Treasure Island which were later made into movies. He is buried on top of Mt. Vaea near his residence and approx. 472m above sea level overlooking Apia. (15 minutes drive time)
- Maninoa - A stopover at the amazing Ocean Club at Maninoa where you be greeted by our Island warriors and enjoy Samoan entertainment by our beautiful dance team. Lunch will also be served here. Relax and enjoy a swim at the beach. (30 minutes drive time)
- To Sua Ocean Trench - The world renowned To Sua Ocean Trench. Guests can decide to climb down the ladder for a swim or relax in the beautifully set garden area. Guests may also trek down to the rock pools on the side with views of the ocean
- Sopoaga Falls - A view of the majestic Sopoaga Waterfall. This is the final stop on tour. There will be a coconut demonstration before returning to Apia via the Le Mafa pass and east to north coast drive.

This tour highlights some of Apia’s main attractions, promising a memorable and enjoyable experience of the Islands. Enjoy a unique tour that includes lunch and an island show at the beach. Our goal is to make your time in Samoa truly amazing. The tour requires a minimum of 14 participants per booking, with a maximum of 40. We can accommodate groups larger than 40 if there is significant interest in our package.

Great day - The tour was really well done. The places we saw were very interesting and beautiful. They stayed behind or in front of the big tours so places we visited were not croweded. The highlight of the tour was the traditional dances on the beach. So incredible to watch

Best Excursion!! - We had a wonderful excursion! It’s well worth the money as we got to see a lot of different sites, such as; Flea market (so many things), Robert Stevenson house (beautiful and very informative), Baha House of Worship, Papapapaitai Falls, Maninoa Ocean Club (for a wonderful lunch and a fabulous show), and the Sopoaga Falls!
The owner of this tour company, our guide Elijah, and Derrick (photographer) were all very informative, friendly, and professional. We had the best time! It was truly the best one we’ve been on.

Exceptional Samoa Excursion - Elijah was an unbelievable and excellent guide! He can dance, sing, play the drums, does a fire dance and explains the Tree of Life! This excursion is really worth the money! The waterfalls are amazing to see and the time at the beach was exceptional as well as the food. Our driver Ieni was excellent. We really learned a lot about Samoa and their culture. They took extra steps to make sure we all had an exceptional experience! You can’t go wrong with this excursion!

Fantastic group tour of Samoa - Great tour that showed us the highlights of Samoa. Learned a lot of the history of Samoa in just a short period of time. Saw the city and the countryside in one tour. Definitely would recommend this excursion!

Highly recommend this tour - This was my favorite tour of our whole South Pacific cruise! They were excellent guides and made sure everything was great! The stops were amazing and I highly recommend this tour.

A Must See Tour in Apia - The tour stops were amazing and truly local. We went to the Apia market and a private beach where we were treated to a yummy lunch and fire dance and hula show. We also went to the Suva trench. What an awesome adventure it has to be to climb down the ladder and swim!! We also went to Immaculate Conception Church which was breathtakingly beautiful!!

Great your - amazing cultural experience! - This was a great tour and a great way to see Samoa on a cruise ship port visit! The tour guides and all of the events set up were first rate! The cultural dancing, food, and history showed us the wonderful hospitality of the Samoan people.
Highly recommend this tour and company for visits to this beautiful island.

Excellent cruise ship independent shore excursion - Tour Samoa’s Highlights tour of Apia, Lunch, plus Island Show was a great cruise ship independent shore excursion from the port of Apia.
Facebook page postings and email correspondence with written details prior to our cruise were very helpful. We paid in cash on the day of our tour, and the fee included all entry fees and lunch. On our ship’s arrival to the port, we walked to the right around a large building to find Tour Samoa’s vehicle in the independent tour bus parking area.
Unfortunately, the start of our tour was delayed by a booked passenger who never showed up, so I would recommend having your entire tour group meet on the ship prior to disembarking the ship.
Tufu, our lead guide, Elijah, the fire dancer/guide, and Tony, the driver with Livingstone Bus Way were all very nice and helpful. Elijah was very responsive to questions about tattooing. Tasi and Ali’is of Samoa Polynesian Dance Group were outstanding and the To Sua Ocean Trench was spectacular!
US dollars were accepted at the Fugalei Market, so we did not need to change money.
All in all , it was a fun, active, interesting and educational day that was great for a first time visit to Apia, taking us to more attractions at a lower price that any ship shore excursion.
