To Sua Ocean Trench - 10:00 am. Undoubtedly the nation’s most renowned destination. Dare to descend the steep path into the trench and swim the tidal waters 30 meters through a natural tunnel to the smaller second trench. Wander around the charming gardens and admire the stunning volcanic coastline.

Tafa Tafa Beach - 12:00 pm. A beautiful and quieter beach setting for a delightful focaccia tuna sandwich lunch and snacks, where the guide interacts with the chief according to village customs, before providing everyone with a headlamp or flashlight in preparation for the cave pool tour.

Vaiula Beach - 12:45 pm. VAIULA CAVE POOL A brief hike through the jungle leads to the hidden entrance. The journey through the 150-meter long lava tube is captivating. After descending into the “cave,” there are some pleasant horizontal sections and minor talus slopes, occasionally requiring one to bend down to avoid scraping their head. Finally, the pool, where the water is incredibly pure and crystal clear. Swim 10 – 15 meters to where the tube submerges underwater.
