Family birthday gathering - Loved this experience in very tranquil surroundings. Saw some unknown species of kangaroo, emu with 6 chicks, koalas and amazing views of the coastline. Sasha was a fantastic guide/ celebrating her birthday and very generous with commentary and time. Loved the whole outing as part of my 70th celebrations.

Wonderful wildlife experience - A great opportunity to see some native animals flourishing in a restored habitat. Binoculars allowed us close up views of some adorable marsupials! We were also lucky to see an emu with six chicks. If you have kids, they also do a kids’ animal talk which was also great.

Wheelchair user accessible review - A great tour with a very knowledgeable and passionate guide. Saw lots of animals (7 koalas, emu, kangaroo and potatoo to name a few) The walk is graded compacted gravel or wooden boardwalk. No steps. Quite steep in places (not compliant gradient, though it’s evident attempts have been made given the natural landscape and terrain); manual chair would need help in some areas (manual chair with power assist would likely be ok). The path is probably a bit tight in areas (and slippery) for a power chair. Car park, cafe, bathroom (LH) and gift shop all well accessible.

Unforgettable experience without compromising on animal welfare - plan so that you can take the guided walk! - Unforgettable & highly recommended! Worth every penny and planning the drive so that you can do the guided walk! Sasha was an extremely knowledgeable guide and a pleasure to learn from, overall it was a highly educating visit. As they promise, it is animals first, so no promises on what you’ll see. We still saw plenty (pademelons, a bandicoot, koalas, kangaroos, various birds, ..) and were impressed by the professionalism and the work they do. Happy to support places like this. Facilities are spotless and convenient, cafe serves great coffee and lunch seemed delicious (would have stayed if we had more time). Do it.

Great value family attraction. - The tour is fantastic. We had a great guide, Sarah, who guided us around the paths and helped us understand the animals and plants. We saw wallabies, koalas, emus, kangaroos and a pademelon which was amazing. It is so great to do with a family. The cafe was good too.

Interesting & informative. - Interesting & informative, Alex took a group of about 10 for our stroll along a walking track which was suitable for all fitness levels and ages. Alex spoke eloquently, with amazing excitement and enthusiasm for someone whose professionalism shone - she had probably done this before & more than once! Friendly and outgoing, she happily pointed out all sorts of intriguing things along the way and patiently answered our questions. I learned a lot - who knew that emus have a stomach called a gizzard for pebbles that they swallow, which assist the breakdown of seeds and twigs? Not me, until now!!! We saw numerous koalas, Pademelon (who were more interested in making more Pademelons than us!), Wallabies, Bush Rats, Emus & a Bandicoot. Time passed quickly , I’d happily do it again, anyday.
