We were not told about the slow going area with lots of reeds and lily pads. This was concerning and unexpected. We did push through without issue. We also were not told that the place we were picked up at Wekiva Island was closed. We appreciate being picked up early. The staff were very kind and accommodating.

When I finished kayaking, I arrived to the pick up location, no one was there. I waited for the shuttle to arrive. The very first thing the crew did was to attend to the kayaks. They walked past me like I wasn’t there, no “Hello” or , “we’ll be right with you”. I can understand they are on a mission to finish but when other guest came the treatment was different. One of the gentleman asked if I was suppose to be there, while I was wearing a yellow band. The lack of awareness and customer service pulls the experience to a three stars.
