Next, I’ll cover Polish geography, climate, and some interesting facts. I’ll also delve into Polish history, including World War II, the Solidarity movement, and the transformative changes in 1989 that helped Poland transition to democracy and flourish. We’ll explore Polish traditions, and I’ll show you a video of my brother’s wedding in Kielce, Poland. Poland has 16 National Holidays, and I’ll discuss my favorite, All Saints Day. Finally, I’ll invite you to try my mom’s famous pierogi and share the recipe so you can make them yourself.
