Aqaba’s December Delights: Dive into Festive Adventures by the Red Sea
Experience the festive spirit of Aqaba this December with thrilling outdoor adventures under the warm sun. Dive into the Red Sea’s wonders and explore the vibrant culture of this Jordanian gem.
Dive into Aqaba’s Aquatic Adventures
Aqaba, with its sun-kissed shores and vibrant marine life, is a paradise for water enthusiasts. As the December sun casts a warm glow over the Red Sea, it’s the perfect time to explore the underwater wonders that this Jordanian gem has to offer. Whether you’re a seasoned diver or a curious snorkeler, Aqaba’s waters promise an unforgettable experience.
Start your adventure with the Glass Boat & Snorkeling tour. Available on both December 7th and 8th, this two-hour excursion offers a unique glimpse into the Red Sea’s vibrant ecosystem. The journey begins with an hour of coral viewing from a glass-bottom boat, where you’ll marvel at the colorful corals and intriguing wrecks like the sunken tank and airplane. Following this, dive into the clear waters for an hour of snorkeling, where the marine life comes alive around you. As one reviewer noted on April 11, 2024:
A pleasant and exciting 2-hour excursion - We did the 2-hour activity including a 1-hour visit to the reef with the glass-bottom boat and an hour of snorkeling. It was a very good experience: the reef being close to the starting point, the travel time is very short, a few minutes, which leaves time to fully enjoy the reef. The captain maneuvers slowly so that everyone can admire the corals and wrecks (plane, tank, boat, etc.). For the second part, diving with a mask and snorkel, safety is respected and everyone will find something for themselves: those who are comfortable will move away from the boat with a member of the team, the less daring will stay close to the boat (with a buoy provided). In short, a short but busy activity which allows a first approach to the underwater depths of the Red Sea with a professional team. Being able to then enjoy the Berenice club, with its beach, restaurant and swimming pools, is a real plus.
After your aquatic adventure, relax at the Berenice Beach Club, where you can soak up the sun, enjoy a refreshing drink, and reflect on the day’s discoveries.
Discover the Depths with Scuba Diving
For those looking to delve deeper into the Red Sea, the 3-Day Scuba Diving Course is a must. Starting on December 7th, this course is perfect for both beginners and experienced divers looking to enhance their skills. With nine dives over three days, you’ll explore both confined and open waters, guided by experienced PADI instructors.
The course not only offers a comprehensive diving experience but also provides insights into the diverse marine life that calls the Red Sea home. As one enthusiastic diver shared on January 1, 2024:
An incredible experience - It was our first time diving and our experience couldn’t have been better. 100% recommended ☺️
With private transportation, SCUBA equipment, and underwater photography included, this course ensures a seamless and memorable diving adventure. Plus, the opportunity to dive with Jordan’s first female instructor adds a unique touch to your experience.
