Highlights
- Petra - Pick up from Hotel at 08:00 AM, then transfer to Petra via Desert Highway. There will be a short stop before arriving in Petra. Petra is approximately 135 km from Aqaba, taking about 2 hours to reach. Upon arrival in Petra (around 10:30 AM), clients can use the restrooms before beginning the visit while the guide arranges tickets and a short horse ride. The visit starts with a walk through the main and only entrance to Petra, where horses are available for a short ride (included in the price). The group will then gather at the entrance of the Siq, a long narrow path between two huge rocky mountains about 1.2 km long. The guide will accompany the group throughout. The first impressive site is Al-Khazneh (Treasury), an elegant ancient structure carved out of solid rock, standing nearly 140 feet high and 90 feet wide. The tour continues to hundreds of carved structures, the Roman Theater (7,000 seats) built by the Nabateans, the Royal Tombs, the Court, Cardo Street, and Qasr Al-Bint (The Castle of Pharaoh’s Daughter). After lunch inside Petra, there is time to visit more sites with the possibility of climbing up to the Monastery, which is around 950 steps high. The tour concludes with a relaxing walk back outside of Petra.
- Wadi Rum Protected Area - Later, drive to Wadi Rum, a journey to another world. This vast, silent place is timeless and starkly beautiful. Wadi Rum is one of Jordan’s main tourist attractions, known as the most stunning desert landscape in the world. Arrival in Wadi Rum is at 5:30 PM, where you can enjoy a 2-hour Jeep Safari in the desert, visiting different sites and enjoying tea at a Bedouin tent while witnessing an unforgettable sunset. Later, drive back to Aqaba. End of services.

Amazing day trip! - Khaled picked us up from our Aqaba hotel in the morning. He is very kind and a careful driver. We had an amazing visit and guide in Petra before a great lunch and going to Wadi Rum. Our Jeep driver in Wadi Rum, Ali, was also a great guide and we arrived on time for the sunset! We took amazing pictures and made great memories! Thank you!!

Great day out - We were promptly met by Khaled on the day at our hotel in Aqaba, in a new SUV. Khaled was a great driver and very conscientious and he had packed lots of water for the day. He helped us find our guide at Petra and We did not feel any time pressure at all when we were there - we spent 4 hours at the sight. We were then taken to a lovely lunch place before heading to Wadi Rum. At Wadi Rum we had our own private Jeep which was great as we could move from sight to sight at our own pace. Overall, we had a wonderful day out and would recommend this tour.

Loved it! - I was in a very bad mood this morning, but the moment we met Khalid Badawi he managed to cheer me up. His company is pleasurable and he is very flexible with time and places we wanna go to. He is knowledgeable and well aware of how to take care of people who ride with him. After a beautiful long day we were pretty exhausted and I personally felt like having the best Shawerma in Aqaba. He recommended a place, ordered for us and took us there to pick up the order on our way back to the hotel. Khalid is definitely one of the best tour guides we ever had. I would say we were pretty lucky to have him.

Incredible driver / tour guide. Keeps us safe, well fed and warm! Thank you Jakob! - Jakob Dasan was our driver over several days and several long trips. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We didn't have money, he lent us some. I didn't have a jacket and was freezing and he gave me his. We are hungry, he stops for us. I feel like I'm traveling with a family member! I am so grateful for his incredible service!! HABIBI ❤️

Amazing and memorable tour of Petra and the Rum Valley. - We had a great tour with our tour guide Mutaz and our driver Ali .Both were friendly ,pleasant and professional.Mutaz in particular was very knowledgeable ,and caring .We were a group of eight and we all had a memorable experience at Petra and the Rum valley.Our 12 hours tour was comprehensive and included in addition to visiting Petra and the Rum Valley,Lunch at Elkantara ,a nice Jordanian restaurant that served a nice Middle East food and delicious desserts .We ended our tour with a stop to see a historic shipping train and a ride in four by four cars where we marveled at the beauty of the desert and its colorful landscape.Thank you Mutaz and Ali for an amazing tour and great time .

We had a great tour... - We had a great tour starting by three and half hours visit to Petra followed by lunch in a restaurant ,a visit to a historical train station and finally the Rum valley where we took a four by four truck and sat in the back of an open truck ,touring the desert and taking more photos.

Amazing experience - Absolutely need to be done!
We did the One Day Petra & Wadi Rum from Aqaba tour.
Started from Aqaba where Tariq picked us up and took us to Petra, then moved to Wadi Rum for a Jeep tour of the desert where we enjoyed the sunset.
Dinner (amazing!) and night spent at the camp before to leave the morning after.
Everything was amazing but something really worth a mention is Tariq, who has been absolutely fantastic! Thank you!
