Amazing Experience!! - The Genuine Samurai Experience was amazing !! Sensei and his assistant were so knowledgeable and took great patience with everyone. So glad I decided to book this experience!!

Excellent communication even through I got sick and couldn’t attend - I was looking forward to this visit however fell sick a couple of days prior. I engaged with the provider and they were extremely accommodating in refunding the payment. The communication for booking, how to travel and inclusions was very clear and simple. I hope to get the chance to do this next time I’m in town.

Best experience ever - We had a great time and learn too many things about traditional kendo samuray methods. Our sensei was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Do it! - Excellent experience in every way. Pickup at the train station was easy. The teachers were extremely knowledge. It was a memorable way to spend a few hours in Tokyo. It’s a short walk to shrines/food stalls so you can really make a day of it

Kendo Battle !!!! - Great instructor !!!! Would recommend it to anyone wanting to learn about authentic kendo training. My brother and I spar in full kendo gear. It was engaging and fun. We had a great time.

This hidden experience should be a part of your trip - This is such an amazing experience that was shared with us. At first, we were a little intimidated with how everything would happen. But Sensei was very excellent at explaining how the processes goes as well as building on the each skill. There are plenty of video and photo opportunities during your session. I would highly recommend this tour for all.

A truly authentic and intense experience - This extraordinary experience delighted my 16-year-old son. He had a private lesson since he was the only student that day. Everything was authentic: the dojo, the traditional equipment, the very precise explanations, the duration of the training. Special mention to the Master of a certain age for his immense professionalism, his phlegm and the transmission of his knowledge.

A very worthwhile experience - I made a reservation alone on fairly short notice, and the SAMURAI TRIP team were very accommodating and able to fit me into their schedule anyway. The kendo class itself was very interesting and entertaining. I do wish it was only a little longer! But regardless, a very positive experience all around.
