The best tour we've ever done - Today, July 25, 2024, we spent a wonderful day aboard the Glentor motorboat in the company of an exceptional crew! Through and through! From Commander Silverio, to Ms. Antonella and all the guys on staff! We really felt at home, welcomed and pampered by really competent people. A lunch with delicious appetizers, a first course based on fish and then conclude the meal with fresh fruit. Then followed in the return leg at the end of the tour by a fresh aperitif kindly offered by them. In continuing our cruise made of excursions in the cave of the Fig, nothing short of breathtaking, and the Cale Sisine, Moon, Goloritze, Mariolu etc., we had the continuous feeling of never being left alone but rather constantly followed in the smallest details of the tour! Thank you very much to all the Glentor team, made up of lovely kind people but above all human in the true term of the word. THANK YOU for letting us have one of the best experiences ever! Keep it up and see you next year! SIETE DAVVERO SPECIALI! Ermanno end family greet you 👍 PS I would like to remind all those who review that the same should be done SERIOUSLY and according to the experience really lived!

Unforgettable day on Glentor - The comfort of the boat is really very important, I have been coming to Sardinia for a few years now but I have never felt as good as this year on a boat excursion. The Glentor has two side corridors that allow you to be outdoors even while staying under the upper deck. Lunch is truly exceptional, a delicacy to be enjoyed in a breathtaking location all surrounded by polite and kind young guys who served us at the tables. My family had a great time we will definitely be back 😊

Booking Referral simply cancelled the night before at 20:50 - We had a very bad experience with a Booking Referral at Glentor! We made our tour through Camping Telis where we stayed. We booked a tour for the 24th of July at the campsite reception. The 23.07. is not possible there is no tour taking place, we were told, due to bad weather. (In hindsight, we can’t believe it anymore because it was perfect weather without wind and rain all day on July 23rd). According to the really nice and competent gentleman at the camping reception we should receive a text message one day before the tour with all further information and departure time at the camping. So far so good, we were very happy to see a crowning conclusion on our last day on Sardinia. On the evening of 23.07. we slowly became a bit impatient than still We always had no more precise information for tomorrow. Around 18:00 we went again to the camping reception to ask. Everything was fine, we were told we would be informed soon. At 20:49 the camping reception called us and asked if we had been informed by Glentor about the cancellation of the tour. He had just received information that the tour had to be cancelled due to engine problems of the ship. From Glentor directly we never received any information, the mobile number on the Booking Referral was correct! For me, it looks like Glentor simply cancels the tours under some pretext if there are too few bookings. However, I find it outrageous not even to inform customers personally. Had the campsite not bothered to pass on the cancellation we would still be waiting for information. Thank you Glentor for this great holiday conclusion. Certainly never again!

Unprofessional and Cruel - We had booked a full day cruise with lunch etc as our one chance to see the stunning beaches of Sardinia that you can only reach by boat. We stayed nearby as this was supposed to be the highlight of our trip. Fortunately we phoned the night before for parking instructions when we were told it was canceled. They didn't email or phone us regarding this. We would've checked out of our hotel early, skipping our lovely prepaid breakfast to find this out with nowhere to go for the day. Now we will not see the beautiful spots that were the whole reason for this trip and a lot of money wasted. If this is how they treat their customers I shutter to think how poorly they treat them on the boat. Do not book with Glentor!!!
