• Via Isole delle Molucche, 8t - This culinary adventure is perfect for enthusiasts of traditional Sicilian culture and authentic cuisine (vegetarian options available upon request). The experience is born from the desire to share cherished family recipes. Participants will create two types of fresh pasta, such as tagliatelle, busiate, cavatelli, macaroni al ferretto, and more, along with a dessert.

Classes are held daily. Transportation is available for €15 per person, payable on-site. The menu features fresh, seasonal ingredients and varies with the seasons. Guests will prepare fresh pasta with meat, fish, or vegetable sauces. Please inform of any dietary restrictions in advance via chat. Optionally, join a market tour in Ortigia for an additional €50 per person, where typical products will be explained, and ingredients will be purchased together. Small tastings will be provided, and participants will receive a family cookbook and smart recipes. The tour lasts one hour.

Join Teresa for a traditional Sicilian cooking lesson in the picturesque seaside area of Arenella. A stunning garden and a meticulously maintained house will warmly welcome and delight you. Under Teresa’s guidance, you will prepare and cook your own meal. She will also provide a list of delicious sauces that you can quickly make at home. A vegetarian cooking class is available. These sauces are perfect for pasta and can also enhance an Italian aperitif. The menu is traditional and features only seasonal ingredients. Teresa looks forward to welcoming you!
