Excellent tour of the Colca Canyon. Very interesting. - We had an excellent guide, Antonio and driver, Benni who were both charming from the moment we met them. The tour was well explained and we were reassured about how to deal with the altitude. We were given plenty of time to wait to see Condors, which we did, seeing 4. The scenery and the explanations were great but the highlight for me was the thermal bath.

Our experience in the Colca Canon with Giardino Tour. - We did the tour of the Colca canon for 4 days, we arrived from Arequipa to Chivay, and then we ended up in some thermals of the sector, very pleasant everything and restorative bath in the middle of the Colca, along the way purism take pictures with Flames that were along the way and some viewpoints of the volcanoes where we passed by 4,950 m.a.s.l., we had no problems with the height, we also passed by some museum and where we could also buy some things to drink and eat. On the 2nd, we set off early ready and excited to see the condors, we arrived walking on the hillside and after about 15 minutes we arrived at the Cruz del Condor viewpoint, we took photographs and could appreciate at least about 10 condors, of course, as we kept flying, we could appreciate for many minutes several that passed, it was a real and rich experience connected a little with the Universe of the flight capacity of such great birds, at noon we were already at the viewpoint of San Miguel, and we started descending towards the river to be able to go to our rest, we arrived after 7 kilometers, where we continued to see condors and we could observe him entering it to their nests, we knew then where they nest and how they adapt or seek those places where they have safety for their young, that day we arrived to rest in San Juan de Chuccho. On the 3rd, we left San Juan de Chuccho, on the way to Tapay, a nice little town that seemed to hang on a hillside, we continued through Cosñinhua, to go later to Malata, we arrived then to Sangalle, where we rested, we also traveled about 7 km, we could talk to people of the place and take pictures too, in Sangalle we rested in the place called Oasis. On day 4, it was a climb the most difficult I think, but our guide asked us to leave at 3:30 hrs to arrive without problems at the indicated time to the finish, which was the town of Cabanaconde, we arrived almost together with all the other trekkers, who could leave later but as our walk was at our pace, we all arrived at almost the same time to the town, where the Agency transport was waiting for us, I was struck by the ability of n our guide Gerber, who could easily read our pace, respect and plan the last day, to arrive in time for a big and tasty breakfast and feel like we had earned it, thanks to our effort. After getting on the transport, we were joined by other tourists, some who came only for two days to the Canyon and others who left later for Cuzco or Puno, also here I was struck by the Agency’s ability to coordinate everyone and that we had all our objectives met. However, we are very grateful to the Agency, to Antonio one of the guides and especially to Gerber, who shows that a local person can read the area very well, the birds and in space to us who as travelers knew how to take care of us and accommodate our walking pace, which by the way was not fast.

Excellent organization, reliable and always available - Giardino Tour is an excellent tour operator: in Southern Peru with only two weeks available it is not easy to organize yourself especially with regard to travel, optimizing time and resources. Karla very helpful immediately in the exchange of communications from Italy and very transparent as costs and solutions. Once you arrive in Arequipa and Cusco always a local reference with which to interact and very prepared guides. I must say that it turned out to be a great choice and I would definitely recommend it. Thank you!

A fantastic two day trip - We had an amazing time with Alesund our guide and Percy our very safe driver. Alesunds knowledge of geology, history, flora and fauna was second to none. The rest of our group were Spanish speakers we are English, but Ale was fluent in both and could convey his knowledge clearly, with interest and humour. We did a couple of walks, saw Condors, Vicunas, Alpacas, Llamas and a lot of native birds. Would definitely recommend this company and Alesund, you will not be disappointed

Best experience ever! - This tour was fantastic. Stephanie and Antonio were engaging, professional, knowledgeable and passionate about their jobs. We met as strangers and departed as friends. Arequipa and Colca Canyon are both beautiful and magical, but what made it so special was having them as our guide and driver. We highly recommend this company. Everything was perfect. We can not wait to come back! Thank you!!!!

Girls Trip to Peru after Retirment! - The best agency on Peru! They organized our tour from Lima to Arequipa, to Colca Canton, to Cuzco and The Sacred Valley to Macchupicchu and then to Tarapoto jungle. They provided for us tour guides, transportation, airplane tickets, meals, water, treats and 24/7 service! They were professional, respectful, kind and fun! All the accommodations and transportation were clean, excellent service! We recommend them 100% .

Incredible Colca canyon tour - Did the 2D1N tour with Giardino - amazingly well organised, my guide was Elar who was very knowledgeable and friendly, supported by our trusty driver Angel. I managed to booked the day before at the office in Arequipa after looking at a few other options in the city - whilst there were slightly cheaper options, Giardino stood out right from the go with a great front desk customer support, small tour group size, and better accomodation. Well worth the money. Itinerary was superb and you avoid most of the usual big tour buses going around to see different parts of the reserve, canyon, condor views. Accomodation also way exceeded expectations, we stayed at a cute lodge with beautiful views of the mountains and roaming alpaca.
