Include Pillones and Imata on the way to Chivay and Colca Canyon, it's worth it. - Beautiful waterfall, magical place that is worth it. What you need to know: it is not a trail, the Van stops at the edge of the gorge, but the descent, although very short, is very steep, including the help of ropes, the famous climbing. The altitude also reaches 4,600m. It is not suitable for people with mobility problems or very old people (my mother was waiting upstairs). I suggest taking a 2-day package with the Pilliones, Imata combo, on the way to the village of Chivay, from where there is the Colca Canyon Tour. Imata Forest is also very interesting to visit, and how much time and distance you spend exploring depends on the group, but again, leaving Arequipa what's worth taking advantage of is doing the Pillones/Imata/Chivay and Colca Canyon combo (the most beautiful place ever)
