Great experience - We had a great time with a very funny and informative guide Valdomino. He tried to speak to everyone in their language. Sometimes we didn't understand but between us all we managed with translating for each other I would recommend this tour

What an experience! - Seeing the Falls from both the Argentinian and Brazilian sides on consecutive days gave us a complete perspective of their grandeur. Gisela, our guide, was very efficient with facilitating our border crossing and entrances. Her knowledge about the best viewing places and the wildlife were second to none. We saw coati, had a fabulous sighting of a pair of toucans and marvelled at the dusky swifts who only live in that part of the world. The sight and sound of the roaring Falls were spellbinding.

A rly impressive wonder from the nature - It was amazing and very beautiful. Wow! But if you don't go with the boat I'd recommand the brasilian side to watch the waterfalls. In my opinion there's a better view there.

WARNING! Driver scams you out of additional money. - Do not use this company. On December 19, 2023, my parents went on the Iguazu Falls tour from Foz do Iguacu, Brazil, using this company. The driver they sent scammed my elderly parents, along with many others in the bus, out of an additional $10 USD per person by making them wait in the vehicle while he went to buy the park tickets. The stripped them of the opportunity to go buy the tickets themselves. This scam involved forcing my parents, along with others in the bus, to pay cash at an exchange rate of 175 Portugese Real, which works out to approximately $35 USD for each park ticket when it should have been around $25 USD. I asked this company four times for the name and phone number of the driver but they refuse to provide the information. Furthermore, the driver then made each person pay an additional 5 Reais on the way back, claiming it was to pay for some additional fee. Lastly, this booking was done for an 8 am tour departure. The company sent us an email stating 7:40 am, which was fine. However, the driver showed up at the hotel at 7:10 am while my mother was still eating breakfast telling her to get moving or he would leave them behind. This is the most disgusting company I have ever dealt with and even to this moment they refuse to provide the driver's information to us because are protecting his scam from the police. I petitioned Viator for a refund for at least one of the tickets but this company turned around and lied to them stating that my parents chose to do the conversion at a much higher market exchange rate with the driver. I hope others that were in the bus come forward.
