- Perito Moreno Glacier - Departure at 08:45 am. We will pick you up from your hotel and begin our journey to the Perito Moreno Glacier, situated within the Los Glaciares National Park. This magnificent ice river covers an area of 195 km2; it stretches for 30 km and its front spans 5.5 km; the height of its walls ranges from 40 to 80 meters above the lake level. It descends from the continental ice, causing slow but dramatic collapses and bursts that are highly captivating for visitors. Due to its breathtaking beauty, it has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Upon arrival, we will take a walk along the boardwalks, which will allow us to appreciate this formidable natural wonder from various viewpoints and panoramic decks. The estimated time on the boardwalks is approximately 2 and a half hours. Free time is provided for visitors’ personal use.
