Solo Traveler from US - This experience was amazing!! Truly one of my favorite so far. Henrique was my guide and was absolute wonderful! very knowledgeable about the area and as I was traveling solo, always made sure I understood everything and was included. I highly recommend for future travels and hope to come back again soon!

Great trip - Love that the groups are kept small. No time wasted going to any tourist traps. Our guide was very accommodating in English and super fun. Ended up with a private tour in the afternoon and it was so special.

A wonderful Tour. - I would highly recommend this Tour. First just to say if you have booked it without the entrance tickets. You will be asked to give 175 real brazilian for the argentina side. And another 100 real for the brazilian side. Also your passport is required. So you need to take money with you. The guide will exchange your brazilian money to Argentinian for you to buy your ticket. There is a bit of driving and waiting at the immigration control. Also be prepared for a lot of walking as you have to walk along walkways to the devils throat and the other views. This was fairly fast paced. There is a train ride also. A wonderful but fairly exhausting day. But it is all worth it when you see the falls. The views are fantastic. Breathtaking.

Foz de iguazu - A mandatory walk when visiting Foz de Iguazu is to visit the bird park Another recommendation especially if you do the maluco safari (boating to the falls) buy your layers in advance.... They will occupy them

Amazing location but tour could be improved - Iguazu Falls is one of the greatest places I’ve ever been to in the world! It is definitely worth seeing both sides of the waterfall. Unfortunately, we couldn’t do the boat ride because it became too late in the day by the time it was offered and this was cold. Also there are a lot of additional costs to pay throughout the day. The guide was very nice.

Timing is key - I loved the actual tour part of the tour. But the logistical issues with border crossings prior to pickup is a big problem. The tour does not list times, for which I blame Viator since it is their site. The operator showed up close to 9am. The parks open at 8. To get the whole tour in, we had to stay until close to 6pm. I had other plans for dinner, which I had to cancel because the show started before I got back to the hotel. I understand that the operator has to pick up clients from both Argentina and Brazil, so there are border crossing delays, obviously. But is that a surprise? Why not arrange your time so you show up at the first hotel early, so by the time you pick up the final client, you start in a timely manner? Why not give a detailed itinerary so that we know what times we will be picked up approximately? Although our tour guide was a wonderful man who gave a great tour, there was one point where we went to a spot that was probably a 20 minute walk from the train station to take photos of the falls. We were there about 15 minutes. Suddenly, the guide says we have to leave in order to catch the 4pm train. People in the tour were literally running, and we barely made it to the station on time. Why? I am here for a tour, not a trathlon. Everything was great except the concept of keeping a schedule seemed to be very haphazard and frustrating.

Glorified taxi - The tour is well organized, and the guide was friendly and knowledgeable. However, this tour is nothing more than a shuttle bus between your hotel and the two parks. Absolutely nothing is included, down to a $1 eco tax that they make you pull over to the side of the road to pay. After paying nearly $300 for this tour for two, we paid close to an additional $200 throughout the day for things that are normally included in group tours, like admissions. You can hire a private car for cheaper. This tour just follows pre-planned circuits through the park.

Brasilian scam - extremely expensive taxi - Instead of this scam use rio Uruguay buses and enjoy it best! The bus was late of 25 minutes not even giving you a sign. You pay for xtra for all entries and lunch (24 USD !!!), we were late so no time for a boat or helicopter trip, lunch was appx 14:00 so you better have some food or you starve :). Guide was nice and helped. Anyway this is a scam - like extremely expensive taxi but you pay for all !!! Don’t do it !!! And it’s 12 hrs or more - so be flexible. And as said better have some Food and don’t think you will do Additional trips . Totally waste of money and time !!!
