Wonder of nature - I should just say awesome! I went to visit the Argentine side and there you can see the full force of the waterfalls, you can see from where they break, I touched open the throat of the devil and had a lot of water! Unmissable.

Belongs on everyone's bucket list - Iguazu Falls are spectacular and did not disappoint. We were on a tour with Road Scholar that included Santiago, Valparaiso, Puerto Varas, Patagonia, Bariloche, and Buenos Aires. They did a great job and we got to see a lot. We saw the falls from the Argentina side as well as from the Jungle boat ride. Never saw anything as grand and we were really glad we went.

So different to the Brazilian side but beautiful - You have to do both sides of these falls because they are so different. This side gives you a great insight into the myriad of subsidiary feeds that constitute the whole as well as the dramatic main falls that you cannot see from the Brazilian side. A train takes you to the main start points but be warned, there is a lot of walking. It is wheelchair friendly in many areas but it is going to be hard work without power. It is flat but if you are walking impaired, it is going to very tiring. Is it worth it? Well, yes, most definitely as the views are tremendous and and you get an insight into the extent of the area feeding the falls. My advice if time is limited, take the "blue" route. It does get crowded particularly at the vantage points but you will get your "money shot" with a little patience.

Punctual, comfortable but with limited English ecplanation - They were very punctual and buses were comfortable. The tour’s language was Spanish while I have booked an English tour but the guide was over all helpful and tried to explain a bit in English.

Poor organization and support - Pick up at the hotel on time, we were taken to the entrance of the waterfall park. Here we lost a lot of time to enter and get to the train that led to the Garganta del Diablo station. Once we arrived we were shown the walkway to reach it but no explanation on the place was provided. They just told us to get back to the station an hour later. Second lap made on one of the circuits, again without description of anything. Lunch break then 90 minutes before queuing up for the boat ride, the only positive note of the day, managed by the Park staff. In summary, 10 hours outside the hotel, for a maximum of two and a half hours. Given appointment at the exit, which we had to reach ourselves, bus arrived 30 minutes late. Recommendation for this experience

NordicTimoTravel, if you hire them for a whole adventure...!!! - They do not refund the money, not because of what the contract says, not for anything in the world, nor do they offer you open vouchers so that you can carry out the NordicTimoTravel activities again... We contracted with this company, if you can call them a company... The transfer from Iguazú Airport to the hotel, the Argentine Falls excursions with Great Adventure and Brazilian Falls, March 20 and 21 respectively, we arrived in Iguazú around 3:00 p.m., the driver who picked us up after dropping us off at the hotel told us that on the 20th at 07:30 a.m. they would pick us up from the hotel (we only had two full days in Iguazú). Around 8:00 p.m. (7:55 p.m. to be exact) I receive an email telling us that they will pick us up around 10:00 a.m. since they had replanned and on the 20th we would do Brazilian Falls? This is a 1/2 day excursion, we told them that we had planned the afternoon of the 21st, to which they argued that this was in the contracting conditions...We had to swallow because that was how it was... On 03/21 they picked us up by the hotel at 07:40 a.m. to do Argentine Falls with Great Adventure, which seemed like a day of great adrenaline. It ended up being a disaster, when we arrived at the park we bought the tickets and around 8:45 we took the train to the station where we would get off and take the trails that run through the three areas, only when we arrived they told us that the Devil's Throat trail It is closed for works and they will not reopen it until August 2024... it was not indicated in the contracting program... Now the worst thing about all this is that during the train trip, a very strong wind arose with abundant rain which stopped/retained us at the trail access station for approximately three hours, until they informed us that the park was closed due to hurricane-type winds that left the trails impassable with fallen trees, branches, etc. As we were leaving the next day, 22.03 at 10:10 a.m., we requested a refund for not carrying out the activity due to force majeure (decision of the management of Argentine parks), they told us the following: "we remember that the company is not responsible for the events that occur due to a fortuitous event or force majeure, climatic phenomena or acts of nature that occur before or during the development of the services that prevent, delay or in any way hinder the total or partial execution of the contracted services. Therefore, there is no partial or total return of the service because it was a third party decision." We requested an open voucher and they did not answer us anything further. Be very careful with this company, if everything goes well, Fantastic!!! Otherwise you will be very harmed!!! Good luck if you hire these...

Although Viator said... - Although Viator said there was availability for the tour and took our money I received a Message from Nordic tours saying that tour was full and to contact Viator for a refund. It took two attempts to make the person at Viator understand that I hadn't cancelled the tour we couldn't go on it because it had sold out despite Viator saying there was availability. I was very disappointed because we only had one day in Iguazu before returningtoBuenosAires. 'm still waiting for my refund.
