Incredible experience! A must see - The team who looked after us right from Julian in the shop in Calafate right through to the on bus team were excellent. The information provided and care taken by everyone was excellent and of course we got to see the most amazing glacier views from the boat and on the hike. An experience that both of us will remember for the rest of our lives thank you. Only disappointment was finding that the park entry cost (Arg Pesos 45,000) was extra. Other than this everything was excellent thank you Richard and Cathy White

Great visit to Perito Moreno Glacier - We had a great tour of the glacier. The guide was very informative, and the views were exceptional. The tour company was very responsive and helpful with any concerns. Adding the boat ride is definitely worth it if you can do it.

A pretty perfect tour - Great guide, very knowledgeable and personable. Her English was very good. Arrived to pick us up as scheduled. Others in the can were from Canada, Australia, Panama, Austria and we’re from the US. Everyone was attentive and friendly. The glacier was pretty “active” so we got some nice photos and videos. Our advice: dress for cold, windy weather. Layers work well.

Dream - Who goes to El Calafate has to make the complete tour, at least in the glacial Perito Moreno, including the sailing, plus a dream realized.

Excellent guide tour, explains everything very well! They are also very kind as all Agentinos, I leave with a full heart - It is a place that once in a lifetime you must visit! Wear ideal clothes, perhaps water for the road and an empty memory on the phone or camera because it is oara to take millions of photos. I really enjoyed coming in winter season! It's perfect.

Great experience, highly recommended! - Here’s a review based on your experience: --- Visiting this site was the highlight of our trip to Argentina—a true natural wonder! The booking process with the tour company was seamless. They were very proactive and responsive, making the entire experience worry-free. Opting for the included transportation was a fantastic choice. Our tour guide was outstanding, picking us up from our hotel in a great vehicle, and making several stops along the way for us to take pictures and enjoy the breathtaking views. The guide was both knowledgeable and friendly, enriching our journey with fascinating insights about the area. Adding the boat ride was definitely worth it; it enhanced the experience immensely. While it’s possible to organize this visit on your own, having the tour guide made a significant difference—no worries about arranging transport (as Ubers aren't an option) and the added value of their knowledge. Additionally, it was a pleasure to connect with fellow travelers, making for a delightful day. I highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Argentina!

Very good - The tour of the Perito Moreno Glacier is unmissable... we loved it, seeing the glacier, walking along the walkways and taking the 1-hour boat ride... You can see the glacier from another perspective. Thank you very much for the good service you gave us. RWe will recommend you

Very good experience, highly recommended for first time travelers. - All very well, as a suggestion they should be more in touch with travelers, as they do not give many reports and one is left with doubts, concerns. They wanted to come by us to a hotel that has no service (konke hotel) until I wrote to them and told them, in the end they came by us in another hotel, but outside of that all very well. Again, have more communication with travelers for more peace of mind of the itinerary.

Lack of communication/information - Read carefully before you book
this is a company based out of town (we think they are in Buenos Aires) so they contract a third party tour operator here in El Calafate. We booked this tour the afternoon of the day before the departure. The tour was confirmed by trip advisor so when I did not receive any communication right away from the tour company we did not think much of it, all we knew was that people were going to be picked up around 8:30am. Later that evening I wanted to have an idea of when we were going to be picked up so I contacted “para viajantes” and that is when they told me that a separate tour operator would contact me with the pickup times (that is when we realized that they are not a local operator). We heard nothing from the third party operator. The morning of our trip we still weren’t informed of our pick up time or who was going to pick us up , regardless we were ready by the lobby by 8:15 am. We waited until 9:00 am and still nothing. I contacted the tour operator through their whatsapp number and I got an answer 50 minutes later stating that they are a commercial company and dont deal with the logistics of the tour. After going back and forth with them they messaged me that Tolkeyen tours was supposed to take us but they had an error in their system and our tour was schedule for a different day. Finally at 10:17 am we were picked up by Tolkeyen tours only to find out that this tour was meant for Italian speaking tourists. The guide seemed annoyed that they had to return to pick us up since they were already on their way to Perito Moreno. He didn’t introduce himself, still don’t know his name, or even asked our first names. Initially “Para viajantes tour” offered us a compensation premium trip for the delay but a minute later retracted themselves and said that nothing else could be done to compensate our 2 1/2 hrs of waiting around. This is the reason why I am leaving a bad review, there was a lack of communication and information between both tour companies, and between “para viajantes tours” and us. There was also no apology/compensation from either company. I would not recommend or use either company again.
