An absolute must in Mendoza. - This was one of the massive highlights of our trip to Argentina. Our kids (6&3) had so much fun! They let them participate in EVERYTHING! The preparation. The cooking. The serving. Everything! And, oh my goodness the food. Empanadas, all the meats! Cake! We had the best time watching (and eating) and the kids had the absolute most fun partaking! 10/10!!!

Authentic Gastronomic Experience - I organized a celebration for my 50th birthday at Braseando. Caesar and his team from day one helped and advised me. My 30 guests were fascinated with the experience: the food, the cooking class, the drinks and the friendly attention of the whole team! Thank you for making my birthday an unforgettable experience.

A fantastic day and experience, do it, you won’t be disappointed. - The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. The pick up went perfectly, the greeter was friendly and made you feel comfortable right from the front gate. The starter with typical drinks was fun with a nice appetizer, making the empanadas was great fun, learning how to make the salsas was fun, seeing how the BBQ is set and in what order they cook the beef was educational and all throughout the wine was generously served. The hosts were full of knowledge and in the end we did feel like family. I would recommend this trip to everyone.

A super genuine proposal for an Argentine barbecue with friends - These guys make you feel like you're among friends. I am Argentine, accustomed to the ceremony and taste of barbecue with friends and I really enjoyed this social/gastronomic experience with foreign friends, because it is genuine, it lacks nothing of all the beauty that it means to get together in a house in the countryside to enjoy of a meeting between friends: snack, appetizers, empanadas, perfect barbecue, pets, free wine, homemade dessert, in a very quiet place on the outskirts of the city. They take you and bring you by car, they explain to you in very good English how to light the fire, maintain it, the cuts of meat, the additional ones, the filling of the empanadas, the typical sauces. You can talk about any topic, even politics and religion and everything is fine, just like at a friends house. Congratulations to Ana and her colleagues!

Braseando: Where the Asado Experience Feels Like Home - Braseando offers more than just a meal; it's an immersive experience that feels like dining at a close friend's home. From the moment you step through the door, you're welcomed into a warm and inviting environment, where great conversation flows as freely as the wine.
The highlight of the evening is undoubtedly the asado, expertly prepared and explained at every step. From crafting the perfect empanadas to blending the creole and chimichurri sauces. A highlight for my celiac partner was how well they catered to gluten-free dietary needs with a dedicated effort to prevent cross-contamination.
Be warned...come with an empty stomach and an appetite as the meat sweats will get you! Not sure how many laps of the garden we did trying to walk them off :)

Authentic Mendoza BBQ in a Family Environment - What an amazing experience! The team behind Braseando knows how to make you feel at home. You better come hungry, as there is an abundance of food and snacks to be consumed. Highly recommend for groups or solo travelers.

A must-do experience while in Mendoza! - It was absolutely amazing from the first moment! Ana was the best host and teacher! The food was absolutely amazing & I'm so glad to have learn to make empanadas. The extra touches were plentiful! I totally recommend this wonderful experience! Everyone went far beyond our expectations!

Do yourself a favor and don't miss out on this experience. - The atmosphere was great, from the first moment they made me feel like I was visiting a friend's house. The barbecue was great and the place was wonderful, perfect to have a good afternoon with friends and family. Totally recommended.

Fun experience - We had a good time learning how to make Asado, empanadas and delicious garnishes! It was just my group of 3 people, it was very relaxed and delicious. Lots of good drinks and amazing food!
Tips: It’s about 40min outside of Mendoza City- so opt for the transportation included option!
The building is a bit cold so if you’re visiting in their winter just wear warm clothes!
