Lovely tour around the beautiful island! - Great trip, we booked after going into the shop in lassi, Georgia was very helpful and helped us choose a trip that suited us best. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, she told us a lot about the history of the island on the tour. Great trip for the price we paid.

Excellent way to visit north of the Island - We chose this tour as we had been told how different the North of the Island is. Our guide Katatrina, was so warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble - she even walked me to the pharmacy in Fiskardo as I was suffering from terrible heartburn and in desperate need of some antacid tablets! Her knowledge of the Island and its history is exceptional and she is very proud Kefalonian! Our driver Dimitri was also excellent particularly as we drive through the mountainous roads full of hairpin bends! We felt completely safe in his hands. What we particularly enjoyed about the tour was being about to have our own time in Assos (one hour) and Fiskardo (1hr 45) where we were able to enjoy a relaxed and delicious waterside lunch at Apagio. En route we also took a short boat trip in the Melassani Caves (also worth a visit). The north of the island is definitely very different and well worth a visit with the extra bonus of seeing lots of lovely villages. We would highly recommended this tour. Thank you Katarina and Dimitri for looking after us so well! :) Worth noting that KE will pick up from a location close to where you are staying but bear in mind this might mean an earlier start and a later finish in our case 8am pick up and 5.30 pm drop off.

Beautiful views not to be missed - The sights were absolutely gorgeous, we are so glad we went and got to see more of the island. I suffer badly with travel sickness so if you do to, bare in mind the drive and the roads 🤢 our travel guide was fantastic at checking in on me and making sure I’d got everything I needed to make the journey as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend visiting these places while in Kefalonia!

Brilliant trip and amazing tour company - Brilliant trip to see the north of the island as a solo traveller unable to rent a car (no driving license). Katerina our tour guide was lovely and gave us plenty of information during our trip and answered all questions. She made herself available to us at every stop with clear instructions of times and locations. The trip takes most of the day and the driver was even able to do some extra stops for us to take photos of the most incredible views. The caves were extra cost but that did give people the option to sit this part out if they weren’t interested in seeing them. The caves don’t take long only 10 minutes but it’s an incredible sight to see. Fiscardo and Assos were beautiful, I went at the very beginning of the season and with Greek Orthodox Easter on the day of the trip some places/shops/restaurants were still closed so be sure to check online or ask in the office before you book if you want to do lots of shopping etc. If you are not looking for a sit down meal in Fiskardo I highly recommend the bakery for amazing fresh treats. I would 100% recommend Kefalonia Excursions and would book the Ithaca trip next time which I couldn’t afford as well on this trip. Georgia in the Kefalonia Excursions office in Lassi is amazing, as a solo traveller she made me feel welcome and helped me find the right trip for me she was so friendly and said hello to me every time she saw me even inviting me in for coffee and a chat.

Great all round tour, fantastic knowledgeable guide - Visited all the places in the northern part of the island that we wanted to visit. Good value for money, well organised and our guide was fantastic. Be prepared for a lot of time spent on the coach but it’s air conditioned so that’s good. Cave price not included in booking price so be mindful of that. Only spoilt (not tour organisers fault and guide was very patient) was that two people on the trip delayed the departure from Assos as they didn’t return to the coach at the allotted time

A lovely day - Caterina, the guide, was amazing - while travelling in the coach (with air con) it was so pleasant to listen to her lovely voice, telling us such interesting information on anything and everything to do with Kefalonia. We particularly loved the visit to Assos, but found the visit to Fiscardo a bit underwhelming, but overall a lovely day.

Amazing trip! Would definitely recommend! - Kefalonia Excursions arranged a great tour for us, visiting Melissani Cave, Assos and Fiskardo, along with a local food tasting session in Argostoli. Everything was really well organized and ran to time. The rep, Caterina, was really friendly and very helpful and our driver ensured a safe trip on the twisty roads. Would definitely recommend the trip!

Beautiful Island tour - We booked online which was very easy to do. After making the reservation I had a few questions, they reply fast and clear. Our tourguide was very knowledgable and informative, she smiled all day. The bus driver also a 10 for driving save and secured. The busride was comfortable with a good working airco. We saw a big part of this beautiful island. With letterly highlights from Mountain to Harbour. The only minus was the unique cave of Melisani, we expected more for the extra 10 € each person, long lines and expensive food, drinks & souvenirs. It feels for me as a tourist trap. We will return to Kefalonia in the future. Thanks to you all,....the wine&olive tasting in the shop at the end results with buying a formidable Robola (white wine) which complete this unforgetable day.

Wouldn’t go again! - Tour didn’t fulfil expectation of pick up and drop off at selected hotel despite allowing this on the booking process, confirmation and voucher stating this throughout and hence the reason for choosing this particular company. Was only informed less than 24hrs prior that pick up was infact 10 minutes away at a general beach bus stop. Tour seemed rushed and limited time available at stops which resembled Nothing like the pictures advertised and just basically small restaurants and cafes which I’m sure you can get in your own resorts. Guide was lovely but talked the whole duration which was a little exhausting. All in all a nice trip but definitely not worth £45pp, a very long day travelling and I would definitely NOT recommend one does this in the height of summer season as it’s far to hot to be on a walking tour, even the air con on the bus didn’t seem to take the edge of the heat and everyone was struggling, especially in Assos as it’s a very steep hill climb
