The next stop is Drogarati Cave with its remarkable formations of stalactites and stalagmites. This magnificent cave opened to the public in 1963 and was discovered about 300 years ago. It is also famous for its excellent acoustics.
The last stop is Antisamos Beach, one of the prettiest and most popular beaches on the island. Antisamos was the natural set for the Hollywood production “Captain Corelli’s Mandolin” filmed in Kefalonia in the summer of 2000.
