Private SUV Tour of Grand Canyon from Sedona - Our tour guide Miguel truly made this a VIP experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He allowed us to explore the Grand Canyon at our pace. We never felt rushed and were able to see so many breathtaking sites that day. We had a fabulous lunch at El Tovar which was included. This was an outstanding tour!

Great Grand Canyon experience - No one initially showed to pick us up first thing, but Peggy made it right. Marc came and took us on an adventurous trek to the Grand Canyon on a snowy day when no one else was there. He was super nice, accommodating and informative. There were road closures that changed plans, and he was able to adapt and give us a great experience.

Marc our tour guide was great! - This was a great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone that has never been to the Grand Canyon and/or unfamiliar to the Sedona area. Our tour guide was Marc. He was excellent. Extremely knowledgeable, polite, and sociable. My wife & I learned so much from Marc about the Grand Canyons, Oak Creek, Sedona, Arizona, the history, the geology, etc. Marc really knew his stuff! There was no question he had no answer or context for. But most importantly, Marc knows his way away around AZ, the best way to avoid unnecessary traffic, and the best routes with the best scenery. My wife & I always felt safe with Marc's driving. He was never distracted, never sped, and never drove too slow. You can tell Marc enjoys his job and is passionate about AZ. We booked the tour through the hotel we stay at in Sedona (Ambiente). Our tour guide picked us up from the hotel, on time. The tour guide communicates with you via text/email the days leading up to let you know pickup times and answer any questions. Explanations of schedule were accurate. During the ride, water, snacks, A&C, and bathroom breaks are provided. The tour guide was intentional to always offer bathroom breaks at locations with clean bathrooms. There is 1 stop that is made at a trade post in case you need to stretch, use restrooms, buy your own snacks/food, or pick up souvenirs (totally optional and not mentioned or forced). Once you get to the Grand Canyon the tour guide provides payment for admission to the park and when you stop at the restaurant for lunch. The tour guide takes you to multiple viewing spots around the park, allows you to take photos, points out facts and history and good spots for pictures. The tour guide is patient while you take pics and will assist you with pics too if needed. Towards the end, your taken to a restaurant within the park to dine-in for lunch. After lunch, you're given free reign to roam around an area of the park that has more scenic views, lookout points, walking trails, shops, restaurants, seating areas, etc. Once you're done roaming you simply text your tour guide and they pick you up and take you back to your hotel.

The BEST Grand Canyon tour! - My husband and I finally made a trip to see the Grand Canyon. Being seasoned travelers (We've traveled the world, from Egypt to Bali, Thailand, Tahiti, Europe, and Asia, yet had never visited the Grand Canyon!). That all changed on New Year's Day when we decided to do a road trip from Palm Springs to Sedona, Arizona, for a few days, and naturally, a trip to the Grand Canyon was at the top of the list. We selected "First Class Charter & Tours" and were met at our hotel by our driver, Bob Boyle, who has a quirky sense of humor, being that he's originally from the East Coast as my husband and I are, so we got along great! Bob was punctual, engaging, and knowledgeable about the Grand Canyon and the surrounding area. It was awe-inspiring to hear about the history and all the details of what makes Sedona, the Grand Canyon, and its surroundings so interesting. Lunch at the "El Tovar" hotel was included in the tour. Naturally, we asked Bob to join us. The food and his company were great. I rate this company, and Bob, in particular, 10 stars! I highly recommend "First Class Charter & Tours" to everyone, particularly our knowledgeable and very personable tour guide, Bob Boyle. Thank you for a fantastic experience, Bob! You made our trip to Sedona/The Grand Canyon extremely memorable!

Best tour guide! - My daughters and I had an incredible experience on our Grand Canyon tour! Our guide, Bob, was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and planned everything to perfection. Thanks to his expertise, we had zero wait time entering the park and even had a good table for lunch. Bob also knew all the best spots for photos and even helped one of my daughters take a funny shot that we’ll always cherish. He had the perfect balance when it came to talking—not too much, not too little—just right, making the experience informative and enjoyable without feeling overwhelming. His friendly and thoughtful approach made the day even more enjoyable—not only for me but for my teen daughters, who both thought he was great too. He kept us entertained, informed, and made sure the entire trip was smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t recommend it more highly! Thank you, Bob, for an unforgettable day!
