Very moving tour. - Changing of the guard at the Tomb of the Unknown is a must see. We stayed to see it twice. With this tour you can get off, spend as much time as you want at a stop, than catch another bus when you are ready. Only way to see Arlington.

Great Experience - The cemetery is absolutely breathtaking! The trolley was the perfect way to take in the sights at your own pace, I would most definitely do it again,

Review - Seeing the Arlington National Cemetery was a beautiful experience, but I will have to say though, don’t come in the summer! Or well you can, but it gets too hot, luckily there was water fountains around, but the experience itself is a good one. Including those on staff who were warm and helpful :)

Beautiful Sight! Must see when in DC - Trolley is the way to go and get on and off at each stop if you have issues walking. Very spread out. Changing of the guard is very solemn experience.

Very educational and patriotic tour. - Changing of the guard was the most memorable for me. The hop on hop off was the most effective way to get around the cemetery as well as having the tour guide to give us facts and information. I would highly suggest the tour. Definitely bring water in hot weather as there are fountains where you can refill them around the park.

Nice tour - The changing of the guard was Phenomenal! I was a bit disappointed with the info I got from Viator..no times listed and not the information you used to include when I have scheduled tours. Also. …as a Sr I could have bought a ticket there for the very same tour for $15…so I believe w/your guarantee to be the lowest you owe me $$.

Great tour - Great tour. Was very hot but plenty of shade. My husband is on a cane and we should have requested accommodations because the walk from trolley to Kennedy’s grave was too much for him.

Poor Service, They Just Don't Care! - I would avoid this at all costs! $80 for a family of four. First they left the pick up point and then made us sit in 97F heat for 40 minutes while a military funeral took place. They should have left us inside on one of DC's hottest days this summer of 2024. Second. they told us, at JFK's cemetery pick up, to walk as the bus had stopped running. When I asked about getting a refund on account we were told to walk the bus conductor laughed in my face and said, 'we don't give refunds, this is not Wal-Mart'! Third, the conductor was too busy flirting with a co-worker when the bus finally arrived. I stepped on the bust to see if there were seats for me, my wife and my 13 year old girls. Unfortunately the bus was full. When I stepped off I slipped and twisted my ankle. Can you believe the bus drove off without helping me. Turns out I was taken by ambulance to the ER where I showed two broken bones in my ankle! This is shameful service. I would not pay money for this outfit.

Too expensive for the ride - Very very expensive. $20 per person adds up a lot for a family of 4. Unfortunately there is no other option to visit the cemetery during the summer because it’s huge and it’s hot. The trolley would take you up the hill which is great. But too pricey. I understand it’s not only a Lyft but it’s also guided and they provide us with information/history of the place but I could pay my daughter to read me the info on Wikipedia.
